A variety of Japanese sweets from Ginza Tamaya

[Mapo ★] January 25, 2011 16:00

Speaking of Tamaya, it is a shop famous for its Tokyo souvenir "Gomatamago".
The main store is located along Showa-dori, 7-chome in Ginza.

Cookies such as sesame eggs and sakura Hitohira are available.
It is often seen on the premises of Tokyo Station.
There are many products in the main store that you can't find anywhere else.

It is called Tamanoko matching, packed with bean paste in the middle of your own.
There are times when we eat freshly made food.
I couldn't eat grain bean paste, so I bought a sesame egg pudding.

tama1.jpg tama2.jpg

The caramel part is black sesame paste.
It is a mysterious pudding with a Japanese style (*^^*)

And this seems to be a recent product.
Small thorned rice cake

I jumped on because I love Mitarashi dumplings (laughs).
The taste of black sesame and soy sauce is a little darker but delicious!

It's nice to have a large size and 6 pieces.
It's just the right size when you want to eat a little bit.
There are up to 12, 20, 30, 40 pieces.

In addition to the Ginza Main Store, there are also stores at Tokyo Daimaru, Tokyo Station, and the airport.

A shop that values both old and new ones [Ise Ryu]

[Yurikamome] January 25, 2011 14:00

Ise Ryu started as a Setomonoya in 1873.

Because the predecessor loved rehearsals, I was asked for souvenirs such as Nihon Buyo's recitals. As a select shop such as Setomono, lacquerware, and Japanese accessories, I ordered manufacturers to order items that meet the needs of customers.

For the baby's "Beginning of eating", a set of celebrations is also available with Mino-yaki Inubariko, Yamanaka-Nuri Natural Trees, and Hainan-Nuri Natural Trees.

Beginning of eating

It is a ceremony to imitate babies eating food three months or the 100th day after their child was born so that they do not have to worry about food for a lifetime.

It would be fun for this year's zodiac "Rabbit" to replace the mask left behind.

 Origin of Inu Hariko

Along with Nishiki-e, it is a heritage of common people's culture, dogs are honest, remove evil without forgetting their benefits, and it is said that their birth is light and growth is good.

If you put bamboo on the word "dog", it becomes "laugh" and it is lucky items of "Ichike Waraku".

Even in Hina doll, "Umbrella Fuku of Sakata Yamagata Prefecture"

It is famous along with the "Sagemon of Yanagawa, Fukuoka Prefecture" decoration.

Ise Ryu is facing "Suitengu Street" and is very close to Suitengu Shrine.

It's fun to stop by on the way home after visiting Suitengu ...

Also, there is a shop in Meijiza.

Please take a look between Meijiza's plays. There are a lot of fun products.

It's a zodiac rabbit.

Two big animals are associated with Hina doll.

Four small animals are associated with a good family.

It would be nice to decorate the niche counter at your home.

The handkerchief is made of 8 gauze piles.

It's very easy to use.

Towels seem to be cotton on the front and synthetic fiber on the back, but there are many soap bubbles in the bath and it is a very pleasant product.

Why don't you try both of them once?

I mourn the famous actor Tomijuro

[Shitamachi Tom] January 25, 2011 09:00

2010kabukiza1000.JPG

Kabuki actor Tomijuro Nakamura passed away on January 3 at the age of 81. There were voices of regrets of Showa's famous actors here and there.cloud

In the Culture section of the Nikkei Shimbun on January 5, theatrical critic Iwao Kamimura said, "Nobody was as far as this person because of the old-fashioned feeling associated with the so-called elder." The quality of the art is youthful." I just agree with you.

Of course, the stately role of the period is wonderful, but only the family that is related to upper Kabuki, the tasteful role of Chikamatsu, such as Hachiemon of "sea sealing" and Sonemon of "Kawasho", are also forgotten. I can not forget it. Mr. Tojuro Sakata, who has been performing well since he was young, looked back in the interview as well.shine

Mr. Tomijuro was closely related to Chuo-ku and loved this area. It was an important person for Chuo-ku, a place related to the history of drama. In addition to his achievements in Kabuki, he was honored by <Honorary Ward Residents of Chuo-ku> in December 2008 for his personality. The refreshingness of Mr. Tojuro's greeting when he came to see him as a guest at the 2009 New Year's Greeting Party is still in my ears.

Mr. Tomijuro, the last of Kabukiza. JPGLast March, he also served as a chief of the Kyobashi Fire Department for one day. The figure was rude, and even felt "adorable." After all, it is the softness of the mind that comes out of the inside.confident

I introduced a report on Kabuki several times, but this time it was really disappointing. However, I appeared at "Kumagaya Jinya" at the goodbye performance of Kabukiza last year, and it was at least a memory that I was able to decorate the last stage of this theater.

At that time, he said, "I'm looking forward to the new Kabukiza Theater." (The photo shows a copy of the original plot issued by Shochiku.)

I would like to keep in mind the memories of the passing great actor, praying for well-being in his land, and see off the flower path of life.

"Yes, Tennojiya!"

While visiting the Nihonbashi Seven Lucky Gods, I thought about the charm of the group.

[Koedo Itabashi] January 25, 2011 09:00

When I was in elementary school, I was very impressed by the screening "Cyborg 009" held at the gymnasium.

This is a story in which nine friends with special abilities play an active role in protecting the peace of the earth while confronting and cooperating with each other.

The warriors with attractive personality drawn by Shotaro Ishinomori.

When each power was synchronized, I was absorbed in being able to overcome powerful things.

If individuality gathers, the synergistic effect will also be Max.

The attraction of this group is that the girl group "AKB48" has gained tremendous support.

Well, this year's new year worshipping went to "Nihonbashi Seven Lucky Gods Tour" for the New Year.

Ebisu, great power, Bishamon, Benzaiten, Hotei, Fukurokuju, Kotobukijin.

God in which each person calls powerful fortune.

If you have seven, you will have a super powerful superstar army. Seven samurai, seven in the wilderness, Lucky Seven.

If you ask the gods, any wish will come true at once.

The Nihonbashi Seven Lucky Gods Tour includes Koami Shrine, Chanogi Shrine, Suitengu Shrine, Matsushima Shrine, Suehiro Shrine, Kasama Inari Shrine, Sugimori Shrine, and Takarada Ebisu Shrine.

"The number doesn't match"?

Since it's a wide eight companies, isn't it good to be happy?

The distance between shrines is relatively short and there is no difference in height of the road, so it is a course that you can easily go around.

Depending on the number of worshipers, it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to walk slowly.

It seems that there are places where the order of pilgrimage is properly determined.

It is said that starting from the nearest station of the subway, you should feel free to go around, fun, and politely.

As expected, the worshipers were concentrated on the New Year's Day.

Due to the recent “power spot” boom, the appearance of young two people was noticeable.

I don't care if we were together, even if we were a little biting up to worship hall.

On the contrary, it seems to be fun to visit each other.

Safe delivery, good relations and water shortages.

Wait a minute, and today's main tour is around Seven Lucky Gods.

Benzaitensha is located at the end of the stairs of Suitengu Shrine.

In the Edo period, when productivity increased and there was plenty of time, the boom became a tour of temples and shrines in the suburbs.

You can rest your bones relatively easily.

If you feel refreshed both physically and mentally, you will have vitality for tomorrow.

Including Seven Lucky Gods, San Kannon, Goshiki Fudo, Rokujizo, Roku Amida Buddha ... Hyaku Kannon ...

The people of Edo also knew that grouping would make the individuality of a group shine even more.

Go up and down the Musashino Plateau with straws on a road that is not well-developed.

If you follow the process, you can understand the toughness of the people of Edo.

"The Seven Lucky Gods come on a 'Treasure Ship'."

Is the treasure ship a spaceship that can be moved at ultra-high speed?

Or is it a time machine that can run freely?

The ship on which the strongest gods board is shining with a luster on metallic gold.

With this treasure ship, you will be able to enter human dreams and reflect your first dream and fortune dreams.

Speaking of which, Ebisu Daikokuten was enshrined in household miniature shrine near the ceiling of his parents' house.

Wakamatsuya Gallery "Futari no Kofu Play Exhibition"

[Silver] January 25, 2011 08:45

Mr. Wakamatsuya Gallery of Tsukiji 6-chome, familiar. My husband, Masahiro Sato, is a push.

"Two Kofu Play Exhibition" is being held until January 29 (Saturday). Let's take a look.

The kimono has been recreated well to create this year's zodiac rabbit dolls and beanbags.

CIMG7410.jpg

What I felt smart was the fire extinguishing appearance of an actor's picture, which was exhibited and sold. Oh! The flower of Edo!

CIMG7412.jpg

On the left of the actor's picture, this year's zodiac bag (how did the kanji called bag come up?)

CIMG7414.jpg

Exhibition by two women. Please come and visit us.

There are a lot of small items.

There were quite a few portable items. Repeat until January 29th (Sat).

◆Tokyo Metropolitan Government's original "From Edo to Tokyo" draft of the Tokyo Metropolitan High School Education Course will be released.

[Akira Makibuchi / Sharakusai] January 20, 2011 08:45

At the end of last year (12, 2010), the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education published a draft of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's original history subject "From Edo to Tokyo" studying at Tokyo Metropolitan High School (pictured cover). It is necessary to continuously learn the history of Japan and understand the history and culture of its own country, and at the same time, the course "From Edo to Tokyo" will be set up, and trial introduction will be made in 2011.

0913_110120EdoTokyoText.jpgThe published textbook draft provides a comprehensive view of the historical changes of Tokyo over the modern, modern, and modern eras. In particular, the “Learning Window” corner has a mechanism to ask historical events and questions in the form of a question, and is edited so that the reader can think and judge. There are many photos and illustrations, so it's easy to understand. It features historical sites, cultural properties and Historic buildings as well as historical walks.

In order for ordinary members to learn about the history of Edo and Tokyo, they read a number of so-called historical books and specialized books and research books by field. However, there are not many books that have been briefly organized in history as regional history, so this textbook can be said to be a good publication for use as a supplementary reader.

Well, in thisChuo-kuI would like to take a look at some of them.

First of all, during the Edo period, he introduced Jan Jooss Ten and William Adams (Anjin Miura), the origins of Yaesu, as "foreigners who came to Edo." There is also a column titled "An elephant came to Hamarikyu." In the description of Nihonbashi, the center of Edo, the question is, "How was the transportation network developed around this bridge?" The financial system includes Koza and Ginza. The commercial law of "Mitsui Echigoya" is also a concern. It also touches the "fireworks of Ryogoku" as a pleasure of the common people. "Ishikawajima People's Ashoro", "The Beginning of Dutch Studies", "Birth of Play", etc.Chuo-kuThere's a lot of money.

In the Meiji era, it describes the history of Civilization and enlightenment, such as "Ginza with gas lights," "Ginza Brick Street," and "The birthplace of banks." There are also columns on "Tsukiji Reservation in Tokyo Kaiichi", "Schools in Reservation", and "Birth of Private School".

In the Showa period before the war, he introduced the Bank of Japan and the Tokyo Stock Exchange as "visiting the financial history of Showa." In the postwar period, "What is the era when the radio drama hit?" It is interesting that Sukiyabashi takes up "Your Name" stage. "Waterfront from the perspective of the Edo atmosphere" also focuses on the development of the bubble period and asks, "Let's think about why a mixed landscape of old and new was born on Tsukuda Island."

At the end of the textbook, he also describes today's themes such as the Tokyo Sky Tree and Akiba, a hobby city.

■The draft of the "From Edo to Tokyo" subject can be published and viewed on the following site of the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education.

The number of published pages is 204 pages in PDF format, 52MB. You can download it, but print it is not possible. Therefore, you will see (read) on your computer, iPad, iPhone, etc.
