The "Suzuki Building" (1-28-15 Ginza, Chuo-ku), which I was worried about sometimes passing in front of me, was Historic buildings designated by Tokyo. After all, one more person is convinced
There is an explanatory version on the front wall, according to which the construction year is 1929, so it is 82 years old.
Originally, this building was named "Kinoeneya Club".
It seems that the building was related to Shintomiza, which was once in Shintomi-cho, and rooms were rented for performances and rehearsals.
The design and decoration of the facade are very elaborate, and the relief of the first-floor column and the horseshoe-shaped windows attached to the copper-plated roof are also fashionable.
On the first floor, there is also a venerable coffee specialty store "Rampu", and when you enter, the gentle master, even though it is a small shop, carefully brew coffee with a cup of siphon.
The master says that he has been doing a shop here for 25 years. It's a coffee specialty store, but you can eat it, and the menu also has handmade udon made by a master from Sanuki.
This shop is also featured in Tomomi Muramatsu's "Ginza Coffee Shop Monogatari" (Hakusuisha), which was published in June this year, so please go there (page 188-).

The performance hall in September is the annual “Hideyama Festival” in memory of the first Kichiemon Nakamura, but this year, Yoshiemon Yoshiemon was certified as a living national treasure, and Utanobu Nakamura, the third generation of Utanobu Nakamura, who returned to Harimaya Ichimon last year, The name of Matagoro Nakamura, the name of Tanetaro's fourth generation song as well as the congratulations on the first day. The night part on the fifth day I saw was also full.
In front of the Seki barrel at the entrance of the theater, enter the person in charge wearing a half coat with the name of "Mata Goro Attack".
The commemorative lunch box (1800 yen) I was looking forward to was sold out in silence in front of me! I just took a picture. You have to come early for lunch and get GET. Why does it look extra delicious if you think you can't eat it?
When you enter the audience seats, there is a "castle celebration curtain" on the front, further enlivening the celebration.
Goro Niimata plays the first role of "Takeyori Toyotomi" in "Takeyori Toyotomi". Unfortunately, Shiban, the role of Yodo-kun, was off from the second day due to poor physical condition, and the substitute was Fukusuke. Uemon Yoshiemon repaired Ujiie Uchizen, Umetama repaired Ono. On the name of the attack, Riki Osako, where executives who appeared are lined up on the stage. This is just enough to see the attacking performance. Mr. Yoshiemon, who was supposed to speak first because Shiban was a break, explained that "I'm nervous for the first time in my life" and invited the audience to laugh.
Sakuramaru of "Kurubiki" is Fujijuro, but he plays the bottom younger brother of the three brothers and does not feel uncomfortable, and it is a youthful and beauty that I can hardly believe that he has passed Kishou. I'd like to tell you the secrets of beauty. When the three brothers are aligned and Utaroku-san plays behind them, the ending of Taira line up is really like a Nishiki-e.
Noboru Shinka plays Sugio Maru cheerfully, and voices say "4th generation" and "Harimaya".
In the last curtain, "Goemon Ishikawa", who is reputed to work on the air ride and spelling out, "Is it spelled out, but is it funny? When you hear the name line of "Superb View" at the foot of the cherry blossoms in full bloom at the next "Nanzenji Temple Tower Gate Place". Hisakichi Konoshita is Mr. Matsu Midori.
It's until the 25th, but depending on the day, there are still seats.
Please take a look at the commemorative name performance that is only once in Tokyo.

Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo is located at 1-3-22 Yaesu, Chuo-ku, across Yaesu Street from the north exit of Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station. Today, I went to the restaurant "Hanagoyomi" for lunch.
From the entrance on the first floor, head to the front lobby and restaurant on the 15th floor. In front of the elevator platform on the first floor, there is a sign of "Ryokan Gofuku Bridge Ryumeikan" at the time of its founding. It is said that it is a ryokan with a history of more than 100 years.
The buffet I was looking forward to is a smile of the staff who welcomes smiles, and the spirit of Japanese hospitality and the dishes of Japanese side dishes are carefully seasoned. Lunch at "Hanagoyomi" is a Japanese-style buffet, entitled "Four Seasonal Food Ayazen", and it costs ¥ 1,200 on weekdays. Another dish of grilled fish pickled in Saikyo is ¥1,800.
The first side dish was taken too much and it was not served very neatly, but boiled oysters, sukiyaki, and so on.
Vegetable tempura, Takano tofu, egg-yaki, pumpkin, river shrimp fried, etc.
Rice and miso soup are served by women.
You can enjoy the view of Yaesu Street by the window.
I'm looking forward to seeing you at night.
The next serving you replaced
Assist, hijiki, boiled egg, green onion egg binding, egg-yaki, potato salad, bath-fried radish in the middle. It's very polite and elegant seasoning.
Next door was a young couple who seemed to be Japanese and enjoyed eating and talking.
Oh, it was delicious.
I'd like to come with someone next time.

Chuo-ku NewDiscover! The town walking tour organized by the tourist association, which began in July, has finally entered the autumn section. The start of the tour was held on September 3rd (Saturday), "Inquiry the story for the first time in Ginza." This day was affected by Typhoon No. 12, and the implementation was threatened before the event, and it was canceled at the end of the route due to sudden rain.
Let's follow the route of the town walk tour. The guide was handled by the "Chuo-ku Cultural Property Supporters Association", a certified volunteer guide. At 1:30 pm, 14 participants gathered in front of the Police Museum (Kyobashi Ruins Kitazume) were selected by lottery. A route that walks the footsteps of the story for the first time, going south from the ruins of Kyobashi to the ruins of Shimbashi along Chuo-dori (Ginza-dori), which was the route of the former Tokaido.
Beginning with "Kyobashi's main pillar" and "Brick Ginza Monument" during the Meiji and Taisho eras, go to "Edo Kabuki Birthplace Monument" (photo). The streets of Ginza Brick Street in the early Meiji era are also known for the first time that humanitarian and roadways were separated. "Ginza's birthplace" is the origin of Ginza, where the Ginza government office is located. Where the lights are lit, there is "Japan's first electric light pillar". The gas lamps from the early Meiji era, which illuminated Ginza before that, have been restored to Ginza Gas lamps Street. In addition to the penetration of modern civilization, we reach Ginza 4-chome, visiting several long-established stores that took on new challenges to food culture.
Nowadays, the area around the 4-chome intersection, which is the center of Ginza, is unlikely to have been lined up with newspapers such as the Asano Shimbun. Yes, Ginza was a source of speech and information, with newspaper companies and publishers entering the market. Even now, it is a pleasure to find out the features of Ginza.
When we approached Ginza 6-chome, it was suddenly heavy rain. It was interrupted here because there was no sign of stopping after the rain for a while. It was only a little left, but I regret that I could not go around all routes.
After finishing this course, the voices of the participants seemed to be an opportunity to rediscover Ginza, such as "Ginza, which I always walk, but I was able to learn a lot about history." However, there were many voices saying, "I was sorry that I couldn't turn everything because of the rain!" This year's Tourism Association Town Walking Tour (Cultural Course) is being implemented by Chuo-ku Town Walking Volunteer Guide "Chuo-ku Cultural Properties Supporters Association" on all courses. ●Akira Makibuchi

Since Nihonbashi is the starting point of National Highway No. 4 (Oshu Kaido), which extends to the Tohoku region in major earthquake, this exhibition is a special exhibition to support the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the reconstruction of the Tohoku region on the damage situation and the reconstruction of the Tohoku region.

If you are interested in history, highways, earthquakes, and product exhibitions, why not take this opportunity to visit us? Also, on the wall of this exhibition hall (underground concourse of the subway metro Mitsukoshimae Station), a photo exhibition (air photographs around Nihonbashi) and "Kidai Shoran" are shown in permanent exhibition.
In the photo exhibition, two large photo panels are displayed side by side. One was from 2006 (2006), and the other was from 1944 (1944) before the Tokyo Air Raid. In 1944, there was Ryukagawa, Sakaigawa, a ward in Chiyoda-ku and Chuo-ku. Can I find it?
"Kidai Shoran" is said to have been drawn around the 2nd year of culture (1805) during the Edo period, the 11th Shogun Ienari Tokugawa, and detailed picture scrolls of the 7 towns (760m) from Kanda Imagawa Bridge to Nihonbashi. I am.
This picture scroll is a replica of the one owned by the National Museum of Asian Art in Berlin (actually expanded from 12.3m to about 17m by 1.4 times).
It's a valuable resource for knowing the state of Edo town at that time.
There are 88 stores, including Mitsukoshi's predecessor, Mitsui Echigoya, and 1671 people come and go, as well as 20 dogs, 13 horses, 4 cows, monkeys and hawks. If you look at it, you can see the bustle of the time.
It seems that he was visited by the Ushimachi Fire (Heitora Fire) in the following year's culture (1806), and it is a valuable picture scroll because it was the picture just before that. I think many of you have already seen it, but if you haven't yet, please take a look at this "Japan Hundred Highway Exhibition".
