Yukio Mishima's "Hashizukushi" is a short story published in "Bungei Shunju" in 1956, a work when Mishima was 31 years old. This "Seven Bridge Crossing" is said to be "On the full moon night, the folk religion that if you cross the seven bridges without talking to anyone, your wish will come true, became popular among women in Hanamachi during the Edo period." . It is not clear whether it was still believed in the Hanayagi world at the time of the presentation of the work, but after announcing "Kinkaku-ji Temple", "Spring too long", "Kan Narukan", etc., it was a novel by Mishima, who was a popular writer at the time. After the announcement, "Seven Bridge Crossing" became popular.
