Tour Kuzakai, Chuo-ku①

[Satoken] July 31, 2013 14:00

The other day

As usual, Higashinihombashi was walking in the direction of Bakurocho. The future is Chiyoda-ku, so what is the border between the ward?

I decided to walk along the ward world.

Then there was an interesting discovery. The area around Kandaiwamotocho, Otemmacho, and Kodemmacho is complicated, and one park is Chuo-ku and Chiyoda-ku.

There was a park with a signboard.

It is "Ryukan Children's Park". There is no clear border in the park, and a small bridge is the border between Chiyoda-ku and Chuo-ku.

It is a small park with a Japanese-style public toilet.

Harumi also has a historic site. Monument to "Harumi Trade Fair Venue"

[Yotaro] July 31, 2013 09:00

In the Harumi area, landfill began in the sea during the Edo period in the Taisho era, completed in 1931 (1931), and 230,000 tsubo of "Tsukishima No. 4 Reclaimed Land" was transferred to Kyobashi Ward, and in 1937 (1937) Was named Harumi. Because it is a new land, it seems that there is no connection with "historic sites", but surprisingly a wonderful monument has been built.

IMG_0763.jpg Speaking of Harumi, the elderly like me first associate the international trade fair venue, but there is a monument near the entrance of the Central Incineration Plant (5-2-1 Harumi).

In Harumi, the first Japan International Trade Fair was held in 1955 (1955), and in 1959 (1959), Japan's largest trade fair venue was completed. The Tokyo Motor Show, Electronics Show, Data Show, Comic Market, etc. were held as one of Japan's leading convention centers. It was closed in 1996 (1996) with the completion of the Tokyo Big Sight in Ariake, but it is said that there were 6 million visitors annually at its peak.

A trade fair venue with seven buildings lined up on a site of more than 60,000 tsubo ... reminiscent of those days, there is only this monument in the shape of an open book.

(It seems that there are few visitors. When you go to "Hot Plaza Harumi", it is next to you, so please drop in. )

Next to the Central FM

[Ryokichi] July 30, 2013 14:00

Recently, I had a chance to visit Chuo FM, but I was moving to B1 in Tokyo Square Garden, which was newly built in Kyobashi. The stadium is covered with glass that can be seen from the outside. I'm nervous about recording than before. I found the best store as a launch of such a recording that I wanted to drink something that didn't work very well, so I will introduce it.

D2IMG_1723.jpg

The location is next to the Central FM. The name of the store is "Dassai Bar 23", a delicious sake that is not to mention to sake lovers, and the name of Asahi Sake Brewery "Dassai". In fact, Dassai's first antenna shop-like still store opened in Tokyo, and it has the style of store & bar. It is a bar where you can not only drink various kinds of Dassai, but also eat delicious meals.

First of all, it's a good idea. What I saw was the refrigerator with various Dassai as shown in the photo. Since it can be seen in glass, it is effective as a show case. I've never been to Dassai's brewery, so I've never met so many kinds of Dassai. I'm a little overwhelmed. Chairs and tables, which seem to have good furnishings, create a calm bar atmosphere, but bartender (Is this name a sake bar?) Glasses are lined up in front of the light behind it, so it doesn't feel too heavy. I'm sure I felt the impression of expressing transparency along with the glass of the refrigerator. Even though convenience stores and nearby liquor stores have such a refrigerator and show case, it does not create this atmosphere. It must be a device of the contrast of light with shadows.

I am worried about what to drink in such a beautiful shop. When I looked through the menu to find out how to calm this feeling, there was a set of tasting. This was what I was looking for now. There are 3 types and 5 types, but without hesitation, I chose 5 types. By the way, the content was 2 types of sparkling Nigori sake and 3 types of regular pure rice sake with different rice polishing ratios. The five highlights were that there was a high-class oriented new product, "Go ahead of the brush", so I chose this. The sake that came out is as shown in the picture below.

D1IMG_1722.JPGI was trying to see if the sake of the same brewery had such a variety of flavors, but it was too delicious. It's always tasting, but delicious sake quickly fits in your stomach. It was a little luxurious launch. The fun moment is short. This time, I left the shop with the feeling that I would like to drink another type in normal size. The people of Central FM seemed to be still working. Thanks to drinking at a good shop, the feeling of frustration that I felt a little subsides and the change of mind is successful.

The address of the website of Tokyo Square Garden, which introduces this store, is as follows.

Hot days continue, but in search of coolness, I would like to visit various shops to enjoy the night from the evening of Chuo-ku.

Kabukiza "July Hanagata Kabuki-Tokaido Yotsuya Kaidan-"

[Tsukiji Nyanko] July 29, 2013 09:00

Yesterday, I watched the evening part of Kabukiza Theater, "Tokaido Yotsuya Kaidan".

Nanboku Tsuruya's masterpiece "Tokaido Yotsuya Kaidan" is a man and woman who are at the mercy of fate and ghosts.

It is a mysterious story depicting obsessions, and features such as "turning door" and "going Japanese lantern" are also highlights.

Since July is Hanagata Kabuki, many young Kabuki actors will appear.

Kikunosuke Onoe plays three roles such as rock.

Iyemon Mintani is Somegoro Ichikawa. Naosuke Gonbei is Shoroku Onoe.

Until last month, there was a three-part system with a drop period, but this month we returned to a two-part system.

Throughout Kyogen "Tokaido Yotsuya Kaidan" is between several intermissions.

I was able to appreciate the story with a slow mood.

A few months have passed since it opened, and some people are going to see Kabuki for the first time.
I think there are many people. For beginners of Kabuki

We recommend that you use the "Earphone Guide".

It explains the outline, highlights, and historical background of the story.
I think it's easier to understand the content by using the earphone guide.

There are also products related to the performance of the month at the souvenir shop.♫

At Kabukiza, he represents Japan such as Shiseido Parlour and Eitaro.

We recommend collaboration products with companies.

Souvenir I thought it would be good for this hot season.

The fan of the collaboration product "Tokaido Yotsuya Kaidan" with the fan Ibasen.

Mr. Iwa's grudgeful expression seems to make me feel cool.

"Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Bear Garden" Happy hour All-you-can-eat all-you-can-drink

[kimitaku] July 28, 2013 14:00

The beer garden is now open on the Nihonbashi Sankoshimoto store.

(The price is 3,701 yen for men and 3,201 yen for women)

Today we will inform you of "Happy hour" from 5 o'clock (5 o'clock to 6:30).

I opened the elevator from the first floor of the main store at 5 o'clock, and the clerk was waiting for me.

 ・・A clerk ... "What's your reservation?"

 ・・"I don't heal,"

 ・・The clerk ... "I'm sure,"

It's a polite response. I'm so happy.

I buy a ticket and look around the spacious hall with excitement. The customer is still mabara.

When I was guided to my seat, I received a jokki and went back to the beer server.

First of all, toast. Next, I'll start cooking. Chicken, fried noodles, Japanese and Western Chinese dishes are all delicious, and as expected, "Mitsukoshi Main Store".

The next beer is "Kuronama" photo. The "flag" on the distant rooftop is fluttering in the south wind.

In the past, we could overlook the downtown area from the bitter hall here, but now we are in the valley of the building. But the surrounding buildings are also new, which is the Biya Hall campus.

No matter what to do next, when I went to the server, "Customer, there are some wines," immediately "white wine," and fish dishes were sucked into wine.

Next, yakiniku with red wine. Mitsukoshi wine has a great throat. Let's have another drink.

There are about 20 kinds of drinks.

At 5:30, the women scattered their beer with a jok in one hand.

There seems to be a good conversation.

Shortly after, a customer in a tie came to a big push. They come and go in front of me with a lot of food on the plate.

I'm looking at many customers and toasting with "amber beer" again.

Toast again with a cocktail while watching the tilting sunset.

 Slightly, time passes.

On the way home from work early, at the Mitsukoshi Main Store and Bear Hall, I was able to spend a relaxing time with the buzz of many people and a satisfying stomach.

On the way back, "Mitsui Main Building" in Muromachi took in the setting sun and towered beautifully.
