Sumida River carrying early summer

[Dharma] May 20, 2016 14:00

During Golden Week, I took a picture of Tsukuda, Tsukishima, and Ginza from Sky Tree Floor 450.

You can see a new city in the skyscrapers around the Sumida River, which wraps the history and flows gently, and the skyscrapers around the mouth of the river.↓

It is the Sumida River from the "Messenger Statue" built in the central balcony of Chuo-ohashi Bridge, an X-shaped diagonal bridge that opened in 1993.

On the right hand side of Children's Day, you can see the Sky Tree at a height of 634m above the ground near Monzennakacho and far away from Eitai Bridge upstream.↓

This is the Sumida River from Hashigami of "Eitai Bridge", which was built in Genroku 11 (1698) and completed in 1698 (1698).

The skyscrapers of Tsukuda on the left, a sightseeing steamer passing down Chuo-ohashi Bridge, and the right is the Sumida River Terrace in Shinkawa.↓

It is a view of the Sumida River where you can see Eitai Bridge from Toyomi Bridge, a painted steel bridge that is rare in Japan.↓

In the explanation version of Minamizume of Toyomi Bridge, a sentence of Kafu Nagai's Chokutei Nijo "...The view overlooking Eitai Bridge and the lights on the Sagacho area diagonally from between the Toyomi Bridge steel frames..."

I refer to it.

Gallery Night Party May 2016 27, 2016

[Silver] May 20, 2016 09:00

The "Night Party of the Gallery", which I look forward to every year, will be held again this year.

The date and time is from 17:00 to 19:00 on May 27, and you can see the works collected by the gallery in Ginza right in front of you and free of charge.

In the booklet I got, the manners of watching the gallery were written.

1) Make sure that your baggage, such as backpacks, does not hit your work.

2) Let's refrain from coughing or sneezing in front of the work.

3) Let's not monopolize the writer for a long time.

4) Take care of your surroundings when eating and drinking.

For wine, up to 2 glasses, meals are moderate. " Oh, there are some people who eat.

When I go to the gallery, I always feel rucksacksacks. Touch the expensive work and worry if it will not break it. I think that it is better to appreciate the work with a distance of about 1m.

Please see here for more information about the wonderful gallery night party.

Sunday lunch is recommended by Tsukiji Honganji Shisui and Jonathan.

[Silver] May 19, 2016 14:00

The other day, I had the opportunity to guide tourists from Argentina and Brazil, and lunch was decided at Tsukiji.

A group of 39 people who can't eat sashimi, can eat Tenfura, and good Western food.

No matter where you take you, it's hard.

A good group for Japanese food is "Shimizu" in Tsukiji Honganji.

The seats are 5 to 120 people in Japanese-style rooms and 5 to 160 people in chair seats, making it a very thankful restaurant for bringing group guests.

The 25 South Americans were not only satisfied with the meal, but they were very happy to be guided through the temple after the meal.

And for the Western food group, hotels in Tsukiji, Akashicho, and Ginza are full of reservations, so go to Jonathan on 5-chome corner of Tsukiji.

There were 14 people here, but despite the busy time of 12:30, I had to order quickly.

I ordered the meat with Well Dan, but it was kind to bake again when I saw the cut pieces of meat and wanted them to bake so that they could not see the redness.

It would be nice to remember this too.

The picture shows a lady from Argentina enjoying lunch.

The picture in the foreground is Lokomoko, which I ordered. It was delicious.

After a meal at Tsukiji, Akihabara, Harajuku and Omotesando Gumi should be two, but they want to go to see the Sansha Festival in Asakusa immediately. ()

I was to guide you to Asakusa and guided Asakusa from the back by Tsukuba Express, but they repeatedly asked portable shrine, floats, and young women in kimono.

You must have enjoyed Tokyo with great pleasure.

Tsukiji River Park Olive Flower Kiwi Flower is also in full bloom.

[Silver] May 19, 2016 12:00

Have you ever seen olive flowers?

As of May 18, the olives in the planting on the south side of Tsukiji River Park (those with metasequoia trees) are blooming.

There are kiwi flowers on the northern edge of the park.

When you go out of the park to the left, the flowers and loquat fruits grow.

In the fall, pears are colored and placed on blocks so that the person in charge of the parking lot can easily bring the fallen fruit back. Last year, I made Karin sake from the fruit here. It's about to drink. This is my favorite promenade. Everyone, please enjoy walking around Akashicho.

Rice and sake brewing on the roof of a building in Ginza!

[Marsha Horiuchi of Edo] May 19, 2016 09:00

I would like to report on a refreshing day experience of making sake from rice grown on the roof of a building in Ginza.

At the corner of the intersection where Showa-dori and Harumi-dori St. in Ginza 5-chome intersect, there is a building of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery, which is the rooftop of the 9th floor. It's been 10 years since we planted seedlings in May and started harvesting them in September. Ginjo sake and DaiGinjo sake were sold specially at major department stores in the city center, where they came from Kobe, where no one had ever done. At first, they struggled every day. In addition, planter vegetable cultivation We grow special vegetables from 16 prefectures. Tomato, melon, olives, eggplants, cucumbers, pumpkins, ginger, peppers, kuwai, peaches, etc.

By the way, I have planted seedlings of Tsukiyo eggplant in Kyushu. I feel the wide range of local communities to be able to experience this kind of thing in the city center. I will continue to support you, toast with alcohol!
