Japanese pampas grass flowering

[Sam] September 30, 2016 16:00

R0035907 (3)L.jpg

On September 27, the Tokyo Regional Meteorological Observatory released one of the biological seasonal observation information "Japanese pampas grass Flowering".

18 days later than normal and 4 days later than last year.

The ears of Japanese pampas grass are a collection of flowers. The first day when the number of ears extracted from the leaf sheath is estimated to have reached about 20% of the total expected ears, is called "Japanese pampas grass's flowering."

Along the Sumida River Terrace on the side of Toyomi Bridge, Japanese pampas grass is fighting against the wind against the backdrop of Eitai Bridge.

DSC02473''G.jpgJapanese pampas grass is included in the observation item because it is suitable for examining the progress of the seasons, and it is said that there is a correlation between the flowering of Japanese pampas grass and the temperature, and that the flowering tends to slow down when the temperature rises.

Although there are regional differences, the flowering of Japanese pampas grass tends to slow in recent years, and the relationship with global warming seems to be attracting attention.

By the time the flowers open, the ears glow softly white and silver, and when the season deepens, they shine golden.

The best season for watching Japanese pampas grass is when it shines from silver to golden.

In particular, it is wonderful to sway in the sunset and sparkle golden.

In addition, there is the same golden ogi as a plant similar to Japanese pampas grass, but Japanese pampas grass has a long spine-shaped "tagram" protrudes from the tip of the spike, while the ogi has no awn.

Lunch at Ginza Eskiss

[Mapo ★] September 30, 2016 12:00

Ginza Eskiss I visited during my birthday dinner two years ago.
This time, I went to lunch with 5 girls.

It was a summer menu at the time of my birthday, but this time it was only cool.
There was a chef Rio Nal Bekaa, and everyone took a picture.

RIMG2875.JPG

Speaking of which, there are many vegetables that are not good at summer menus.
It's really delicious, so I can eat it (laughs).

Do you know the event called "Kimono Salone"?

This is a major event in kimono and kimono fashion, which has been held mainly in COREDO Muromachi since 2012. Last year, the number of visitors was more than 10,000. What is the secret of its popularity...Whatever you say, the overwhelming gorgeousness that you can see! And it's a free event!

This year's event will be held twice in September and October. The September meeting has already ended, but I would like to introduce it briefly.

"Kimono marche" was held in YUITO, next to COREDO. There were about 75 kimono dealers who participated, and kimonos worn by each participating store elaborately at the entrance are slurried.

The kimono on display is also popular. All participants can vote. It's also fun to find your favorite kimono and dressing!

At the store booth, all types of kimono and kimono goods are sold, from long-established stores to up-and-coming young people.

There is a convenient half-collar tape or kimono hanger that can be stored with closetts, and a stunning Yuzen dyeing that makes you feel like you are in the museum just by looking at it. There is also a special exhibition in Kyoto!

There is a demonstration corner of craftsmen in the venue.

There is also a sales corner for kits that can easily tie Japanese hair. You can actually tie Japanese hair (charged).

At the event corner, popular dressers gave tips on dressing and care courses, talk shows by popular cultural figures, stage for Nihon Buyo and shamisen, and even fashion shows. All of these can be viewed for free.

In addition, there is a corner where you can compare delicious Japanese sweets and Japanese sake drinks....。 Of course, there is also a kimono rental!

October will be held at COREDO for three days, 28th (Fri), 29th (Sat) and 30th (Sun). The main item is coordination of 100 kimonos and a local kimono fashion show. There are plenty of other fun projects. Details have not been announced yet, but please look forward to it because it is a very exciting event every year. After a two-year renovation period, "Cartier Ginza Boutique" will be newly opened on Ginza Chuo-dori.

It seems that the area is more than 1,000 square meters in total floor area of 4 floors.

The upper part of the building was based on Kumiko from shoji door in Japan.

02.jpg

A tall streetlight standing in front of the store? That's fine.

"GINZA PLACE (Ginza Place)" is open on the 24th.

Sony's showrooms on the 4th and 5th floors are attracting attention!

My husband bought me a souvenir. I'm glad~

La Maison du Chocolat (LA MAISON DEU CHOCOLAT) cake.

"Anturme Deris,"

Moist chocolate cake. It's very rich, but it's not confusing at all.

Ah, one more ... no, I want to eat about two more. 。 。

Caramel-flavored Eclair ("Eclair Caramel") was eaten before taking a picture.

It was a ruin. 。 。)

The skin is moderately crisp and there is plenty of cream inside.

It is a chocolate shop with only 7 stores in Japan (only in Tokyo and Osaka).

All of you

Location: It is on the first floor of the Matsuya Ginza store.

Go straight from the front entrance and you will find a shop.

(Soon after entering from the east and south exits. Please note that it is not under the depa.

Color Fish Farming Exhibition [Gallery Ginza]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] September 29, 2016 12:00

From September 26 (Monday), an exhibition of color fish reclamation has been held at Gallery Ginza 2-chome, a little southeast from Showa-dori toward Kamei Bridge.

This is the 37th Color Fish Takusaikai Exhibition.

gyota001.JPG

The period is until October 2 (Sun).

gyota002.JPG

Normally, fish reclamation is displayed on the wall of a fishing enthusiast's house, the wall of a fishing tool shop, and the ceiling, a black copy of the fish caught with ink, so to speak, a `` record of caught '' I think the image of what is left is strong.

gyota003.JPG

The "color fish reclamation" on display in this exhibition is completely different from that.

gyota004.JPG

It's a work of art.

It is beautiful and delicate in Yumi, and it makes me want to appreciate it closely.

gyota005.JPG

This method is said to be an indirect method, so paste a cloth (Hadouble) on the fish body with light glue, and after drying, use a special oily paint (ink) to 5 to 6 colors, with a unique dandelion, It seems to wear Aya carefully.

gyota009.JPG

I think that the beauty and three-dimensional effect of this color is best to actually see the work. Please come and visit the venue.

Opening hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The last Sunday is until 4 p.m.

gyota006.JPG

The photo below shows the late Pansho Nakanishi who founded this Takusaikai and made great contributions to the development of color fish reclamation.

Thank you for your understanding of the photography at the gallery. Thank you very much to the Takusai-kai for their kind and polite explanation.
