It's getting chilly day by day.
There are many days for going out, and I feel like going to play somewhere with Chibi ^^

By the way, I feel that Chuo-ku is a city that is easy to raise children and is friendly to children every day.
An attractive event will be held at Harumi Triton Square on November 3rd (Thursday / holiday)!

Previously, I had a lifesaving course at a fire department, but I don't have the opportunity to learn about specializing in children, so I would like to go there.

Chuo-ku event in October

[Old Rose] October 31, 2016 14:00

This month, I enjoyed it very much at the Chuo-ku event.

One was three lectures on "Edo's food" at Nihonbashi Elementary School.

In the story of Mr. Takeo Koizumi's `` Bansen competition '', a barrel boat loaded with sake from Osaka Nishinomiya competed with `` Yoidon '' aiming for Edo Minato, which ship would arrive first off Shinagawa. It seems that.

There was also a "Tea Clipper Race" in U.K., and there was a race to carry tea from China to U.K.

young sake must have been boiled in barrels this season and tasted.

There must have been a lot of sake brewery in the Nihonbashi area.

The second is the "Chuo-ku Marugoto Museum" on the 30th.

I became a correspondent of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, and for the first time I did a bus guide.

Sometimes I heard a voice from behind me saying, "Oh, that's right," and I was very happy to respond.

I'll try it again next year.

Marugoto Museum 2016 (1)

[CAM] October 31, 2016 12:00

The whole museum was approaching tomorrow, but I wasn't ready because I was busy recently. This year, the bus guide volunteer was the second time, so I thought it would be something, but last year it was a right course, but this year it was changed to a left-turn course, so while soaking overnight, the course in the afternoon I went around by bicycle (October 29).

First of all, Tsukiji Social Education Center

I headed from Tsukiji to Harumi, but today was Saturday, and there were quite a lot of people outside the venue (after 13:00).

Follow Harumi-dori St. and cross Kachidokibashi (page 72 of Monoshiri Encyclopedia), but on the right hand side is the Kachidokibashi Museum (page 71 of Monoshiri Encyclopedia).

Take the Tsukiji Market from Kachidoki Hashigami. What will happen to the transfer? On the left, you can see the newly built Tsukiji Ohashi Bridge.

IMG_0728.JPG

Continue along Harumi-dori St. and cross the Reimei Bridge. Triton Square seen from Hashigami.

IMG_0731.JPG

If you follow Harumi-dori St. from Reimei Bridge, you will cross a wide road extending east and west, and the road extending east and west is called Harumi-dori St.

IMG_0733.JPG

At the end of Ariake-dori St., there is Harumi Ohashi.

IMG_0734.JPG

Turn right at the intersection and follow "Harumi-dori St.", and you will see the display version of "Japan World Exposition Secretariat Building Remains" (page 112 of "Monoshiri Encyclopedia") on your right.

Flower carpet Harumi 2016 Until 16:00 on November 1st

[Silver] October 31, 2016 09:00

Before the evening of October 29, a very beautiful flower carpet was completed on the cherry blossom promenade at Harumi Triton Square.

DSC02874 (360x202). jpg

You can see it until 16:00 on November 1st.

DSC02872 (360x202). jpg

This year's theme is "Thank you for the power of flowers-space and space flower carpet". I would like to report the leaflet of the explanation I received along with the photos. (I'm sorry I couldn't show the whole work.)

①Japanese crest pattern

DSC02876 (360x202). jpg

In the explanation of the leaflet, "We use traditional Japanese patterns used when congratulations with Kichijobun. It is said to be a tree where the god of rice cultivation dwells, and it has the meaning of rich harvest, and it is the beginning of things because it is reminiscent of spring and sprouts, and it is said to be very auspicious "cherry blossoms" and "ume" = "produced". There is also a meaning, and it is designed with a motif of a Japanese pattern that resembles a "ume" that holds an auspicious luck. ].

②Tradition

DSC02882 (360x202). jpg

"The motif of Katsushika Hokusai's ukiyo-e is to express Harumi, the gateway to the sea. "The people who live on the shores of the big swells and Mount Fuji represent the origins of the Japanese."

③Current

DSC02886 (360x202). jpg

I was very energetic and thought it was a work that expresses Harumi now.

④Future

DSC02906 (360x202). jpg

DSC02892 (360x202). jpg

"The gateway to the sea of Tokyo, Harumi, is expressed by Mizuno Flow. The flow of water eventually grew into large trees, making Harumi a flower island full of flowers and greenery. The ball passed among athletes and animals will be passed down to the children of the world and will create the future."

⑤Emphasis of emblems

DSC02900 (360x202). jpg

In addition, a flower carpet of works commemorating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Peter RabbitTM, Beertrics PotterTM, was also shown.

In addition, the flower carpet will be lit up until 23:00 on October 31, so please enjoy the illuminated flower carpet at night.
