It's a festival! It's a festival! (Kanda Festival)

[Tachibana] May 13, 2013 08:58

Kanda festival, famous as one of the three major festivals in Japan and one of the three major festivals in Edo, Kanda Myojin is a shrine located in Chiyoda-ku, but did you know that the area of shrine parishioner includes most of the north side of the Nihonbashi River in Chuo-ku?

This year is the festival "Shinko Festival", which is held once every two years. Moreover, it was the first festival in four years since it was canceled for Great East Japan Earthquake two years ago.

This year's Kanda festival is lively from May 9th (Thursday) to 15th (Wednesday), and the climax is the Shinko Festival on the 11th and the portable shrine Miyairi on the 12th.

One of the most glamorous things in Kanda festival was unfortunately rainy, but the Shinko Festival and the attached festival were held on the 11th.

The Shinko Festival is a Shinto ritual where guardian god-the gods who protect the town of shrine parishioner--the line, including portable shrine, rides around the towns of shrine parishioner, touch the shrine parishioner and purify the towns.

The photo shows the procession of the Shinto Festival.

I'm a monkey Tabiko wearing a nose high face.

I'm looking at a line on both sides of the road
Thank you for paying us too.

It's Houren.

At the festival of Hie-jinja Shrine (Sanno Festival), Settsu Hie Shrine in Kayabacho will be the Kariya, but Kariya in Kanda festival will be the realm of Yakken digging at Higashi Nihonbashi 2-chome (former Nihonbashi Ryogoku).

To the right is Ninomiya portable shrine.

The center is the Ichinomiya Horai, where Daikoku rides.

On the left is the Sannomiya Horai, where Heishomon rides.

It may be the only place where you can see the three at the same time except Kanda Myojin.

A festival will be added to the route after Arima Elementary School in Suiten Miyaura.

The festival is a procession in which people have been entertained by competing in each town of shrine parishioner since the Edo period, changing the theme each time.

This year, from Minamisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture
10 horse-riding warriors of Soma Nomaoi
Thank you very much.

In addition, carrying of miniature shrines in each town is held and parades around the district.

The portable shrine photo shows the portable shrine of Yokoyamacho, Bakurocho and Higashinihombashi.
I'm walking along Kiyosugi Street together.

maturi10.jpg portable shrine Miyairi, held on the 12th, is a festival performance. Under the fine weather of May, which has changed from the 11th, portable shrine in each vibrant city walks toward Kanda Myojin and enters Kanda Myojin in turn. There are more than 50 portable shrine in each town where you enter the shrine, so it takes from 9 in the morning to around 6 in the evening.

portable shrine officials and spectators seem to have filled the whole area of Kanda Myojin with people.

Anyway, it's brave, powerful, and just looking at it "Sei!" That's why! In accordance with the shout of the bearer, I was able to move my body with the same rhythm without knowing it.

Broadcasting from a new studio has started (Central FM)

[Tachibana] May 3, 2013 09:00

A new studio of Chuo FM (84.0MHz), which broadcasts the radio program "Hell! Radio City", which you know, has started broadcasting on April 22 (Monday).

This program is broadcast from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 13:00 (rebroadcast is 18:00), but from around 12:30 on Monday, a correspondent from the tourist association came and talked about blog There is.

The new studio is located on the first basement floor of Tokyo Square Garden, which opened on April 18.

I went to this newly opened studio because there was a recording about the correspondent blog. It was my first time to enter a studio, but it was a very beautiful studio because it was just completed.

First of all, at the entrance, as shown in the photo below, the door only says "Radio City 84.0MHz Central FM". It's not a shop, so you don't have to stand out too much. In the photo, you can see the passage with the door half open.

There are festive flowers in the aisle.

At the end of the aisle, a stylish Chuo-ku map is affixed.

There is a glass-walled studio facing the underground garden of Tokyo Square Garden on the right hand side, where the recording took place. You can also peek from the outside, so if you go, please take a look at the studio. You might see a celebrity.

studio.jpgOn the left side is personality Toshiya Nishikawa (I thought it was not necessary to know everyone, but I wrote that some people may not know their faces because it is a radio broadcast).

I've been talking with Nishikawa for only about 10 minutes, and I'm a very amateur, but I'm a fool, but I'm impressed that the simple and point-taking story is indeed a professional personality. Was.

If you haven't heard the program yet, please listen to the Central FM at 84.0MHz.

Also, if you can not watch this program on the radio, you can listen to it by connecting to the following Simul Radio on a PC, so please come by all means.

Tokyo Square Garden, where our studio is located, is directly connected to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line.

t square g.jpg In addition, from the first basement floor to the third floor, there are 30 shops including restaurants and shops. There are many places where the lunch price is around 1,000 yen, so I think it is easy to enter.

The building has an underground plaza with an open space and an aerial garden on the third floor.

In addition, the ceiling on each floor is high, so it feels very relaxed, and there are chairs for resting here and there, so it is recommended to relax. The URL is as follows.
