Special industrial course "Ningyocho Walking with Correspondents"

[Tachibana] July 4, 2015 09:00

We conducted a guide on June 30 as the first step of the "Special Industrial Course".

Until now, in the “Industrial Course”, correspondents brought customers to the designated shop and asked the shop to explain, but in the “Special Industrial Course”, two correspondents set courses It was the first attempt to set up and explain ourselves.

The course we set this time gathered in front of "Suitengu" under construction, went to Ningyocho-dori to "Okanonji", passed through the Hamacho Ryokudo from Suehiro Shrine, entered amazake Yokocho, and finally heard at Itakuraya.

It was the first case, and two photographers and TV photographers were accompanied by a publicity in Chuo-ku.

Broadcast seems to be done for one and a half minutes in "Hello Chuo-ku" of the 15 minutes program. It seems that you can watch it from "YouTube" from July 13 (for details, please refer to the website of Chuo-ku).

All 10 customers who were elected were participating.

I was nervous because I had to explain everything myself, but the course I was introducing this time was the local Ningyocho, so I decided to take a light feeling, "Well, it will be something."

I think the experience of the bus guide at the "Marugoto Museum" was very useful.

At Suehiro Shrine, "Chinowa" was set up on the day of "Summer Exorcism" on June eve, so everyone visited us.

After that, I explained some of them at amazake Yokocho and took them to the final destination, Itakuraya.

At Itakuraya, we received various explanations while receiving hot freshly baked doll ware.

Ningyo-yaki uses a baked type of about 3 kg, which can be burned 6 pieces at a time, and it is said that the bean paste is sandwiched between the dough that mixes mirin, condensed milk and eggs (separated white and yolk) with flour and baked.

It seems that 1,500 to 2,000 pieces a day are sitting in front of hot gas and continuing to bake, so it's hard work.

Anyway, I was relieved to be able to safely dissolve around the planned course at 11:30 without any accidents.

I think it was a very good experience.
