Hisamatsu Elementary School Extension Building Tour

[Tachibana] May 25, 2016 14:00

Hisamatsu Elementary School, which was renamed Daiichi Junior High School District No. 2 Elementary School Hisamatsu School in July 1873, was founded slightly behind Daiichi Junior High School District No. 1 Elementary School Sakamoto School. However, the most important thing is that it is important, and as a graduate of Sakamoto Elementary School is listed in the Chuo-ku text "Chuo-ku Monoshiri Encyclopedia that can be walked on foot".

So, in this blog, I introduced the people of the Imperial Family who had been enlightened in the milestone year of Hisamatsu Elementary School.

This time, the annual alumni association was held on May 22 (Sun), and there was a tour of the extension building completed in March this year.

More than 50 years ago when I was enrolled, there were four classes with more than 40 students per class in the first grade.

After that, the number of students decreased as the nighttime population in Chuo-ku decreased, and the Hisamatsu Kindergarten, which was built as a separate building from the elementary school at the current location of Hisamatsucho Kuminkan, was taken into elementary schools.

However, with the population increase in Chuo-ku since 1997, in recent years-a lot of condominiums have been built in the school district-This is an extension due to the rapid increase in children and infants and lack of classrooms. . Design began three years ago, and construction was completed two years ago and last year, and it was finally completed.

It seems that there were quite a few children who entered the border at one time, but now it seems to be quite small.

Nihonbashi Elementary School in Ningyocho 1-chome (an elementary school formed by the merger of Toka Elementary School and Jushi Elementary School) also suddenly changed the space used for another use due to the rapid increase in children.

The extension school building is about 30m facing Hisamatsu Children's Park, or it has been expanded just next to Hisamatsu Police Station. When I was a student, there was a sandbox and it was a place where I often played sumo wrestling.

The expanded building is a six-story building with green exterior walls.

Another characteristic is that the "Sky Pool and Arena" was built on the 6th floor.

Normally, an artificial turf arena, and if you move the floor, a 25m pool will appear from below. The depth of the pool can also be adjusted by moving the floor up and down.

Also, the roof of the glass is open and closed.

This facility is said to have been named "Hisamatsu Sky Pool & Green Arena" by students. There was also an explanation of the facility by the students.

The interiors of each floor below the 5th floor use plenty of wood, the toilets are Western style, and the stairs are color-coded in the middle-it will distinguish up and down--it is safe. It is finished in a very nice school building.

Today's children who can study at schools with such good facilities are happy.
