This building is located along Shin-ohashi-dori St. You may be caught in the eyes of many. When I looked for the entrance, it says "Shokin Apartment". You can read it as "Shokin Apartment". Every time I passed, I was looking at it while saying, "It's old," rather than "It's old." I don't feel bad. Rather with familiarity. I want to support the old building, still do my best.
According to the investigation, it seems that it
was built in 1931, and it seems that it was recruiting residents until a few years ago. That said, it did not seem to be inhabited by people, but there were restaurants and other places on the first floor, and the feeling of life drifted. Until April of this year...
In June, I had the opportunity to pass in front of the building twice, but it looks different from before ... maybe most of the stores on the first floor were closed.
Of course, I think it has been renovated several times, but has it reached its limit? Or maybe they’re going to be destroyed...
The first two shots were filmed in April of this year. The third photo was taken in June.
Before April, I feel like there was a store on the sidewalk side where products were lined up ...

There is a small veranda on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The elevator doesn’t seem to be installed.

On the 4th to 5th floors, the floor plan is different, and the window seems to be a little smaller.

How long have they been used?
There is still a sign of the shop. Maybe it’s still open here...
***
Chuo-ku, where old and new are still mixed. I will continue to care about this building as well.
