Recommended course for walks in Ginza Christmas illuminations

[Mill] Nov. 30, 2014 09:00

Finally, December is the season when the city shines with Christmas illuminations.

Especially in Ginza, the whole city is gorgeous with illuminations.

Here are some walking courses where you can enjoy the Christmas season.

First, go to the Sony Building at the Sukiyabashi intersection.

Until December 25, "Sound Planetarium 2014" will be held.

In the beautiful starry sky of "MEGASTAR-II", a planetarium that can project as many as 10 million stars, a program where you can enjoy a trip to the moon on a high-quality high-resolution sound source.

The starry sky reflected in the full room is very romantic.

In the second half of the program from December 1st, you can listen to unicorn "Fee So Moon", Ken Hirai "Tomorrow" and Fumiya Fujii "Breath at Dawn".

From 11:00 to 19:00, it is projected at 5, 25 and 45 minutes per hour.

It seems to be crowded on weekends and holidays and after 17:00, so weekdays are recommended.

In particular, it is recommended for the illumination walk around 16:00.

Because when I saw the planetarium at that time and went out, it was already dark, and the neon in the city of Ginza looked like a star, and it was very beautiful.

After leaving Sony Building, take Harumi-dori St. toward Tsukiji.

Turn at the corner of Wako at the Ginza 4-chome intersection and follow Chuo-dori toward Nihonbashi.

In front of Mikimoto, a beautiful Christmas tree

Every hour, you can enjoy the illuminations that change the dazzling color.

This tree, which has been popular as a winter tradition, is said to be the last this year due to the rebuilding of the Mikimoto Building.

It is lit every day until 22:00 until December 25.

A little more on Chuo-dori toward Nihonbashi, and Illumination of the Bulgarian Tower.

Bulgarian's characteristic design "Serpenti" shines.

The eye color is different every year, and this year it is purple.

The illuminations of Chanel's building on the diagonal line of the Bulgarian Tower, Louis Vuitton next door, are also beautiful.

Then go further toward Nihonbashi and pass through the overpass of the Ginza 1-chome expressway, you will see Tokyo Square Garden.

This is also colored with beautiful illuminations every year.

In the underground garden, there is a romantic gazebo.

There are benches inside, so be sure to take a commemorative photo.

There are many fashionable cafes, restaurants, and bars in Tokyo Square Garden, so it's nice to enjoy tea and meals, and Tokyo Metro Kyobashi Station is directly connected to the square, so it's convenient to go somewhere next.

From the Sukiyabashi intersection to this point, about 1 km Christmas illumination walk course

If you have time, please enjoy it.
