The calligraphy of the Tsukiji Ohashi nameplate is Mr. Yoichi Masuzoe.

From the top of Tsukiji Ohashi, you can see Tsukiji Market and Kachidokibashi.

It seems that the construction of Harumi Athlete Village is also progressing.

In addition to approximately 9 km including the section of Sotobori-dori St., Route 2 has been opened in March 2014, a section of approximately 1.4 km from Shimbashi to Toranomon, but this time from Toyosu to Tsukiji The section of about 2.8 km will be provisionally opened. It is said that the main line tunnel construction will continue, aiming to open the entire line in FY2022.

However, due to the extension of the relocation of Tsukiji Market to Toyosu, the opening of the entire line was no longer in time for the Olympics, and it seems that there is a concern that congestion in the capital city during the Olympics will be considerable. I hope that it will be held smoothly.

[CAM] September 14, 2018 12:00

On September 6, I was in charge of "Waku Waku Tour" Tsukiji Outer Market Course Part 1".

This fall, Tsukiji Market was relocated to Toyosu, but the out-of-office market was still crowded with many foreigners and many other customers.

 First of all, "Delicacy Takagi"

It has been 56 years since the predecessor established the delicacy Takagi in 1951. Currently, the second president succeeds, and is operating from so-called old delicacies to modern delicacies. The shop is the street in front of Hajime Shrine. We have hotels in Tokyo and high-end kappo restaurants as our business partners, but there are also delicacies that will be pleased by the general public.

Daisada has been operating for a long time at the head office (outside market) and branch (inside market / fish gashi Yokocho) of the Tsukiji Central Wholesale Market (Uogashi), and high-end sushi restaurants and high-end restaurants nationwide We have a wide range of patronages at department stores and luxury supermarkets. As a manufacturing industry of egg ware, it has a history of 90 years since the first generation, and while there are many egg ware baked by machine these days, we offer handmade high-quality egg ware, and we have received great trust from our customers.

Next, "Akiyama Shoten"

Akiyama Shoten is a long-established store founded in 1916, founded in 1916 by the original shaved section and the original thread gaki shop.
Akiyama Shoten was founded in Shiba in 1916 by Ginjiro Akiyama. Following the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923, the fish market in Nihonbashi was relocated to Tsukiji, while Gin Jiro moved its store to Tsukiji. There are many bonito flakes now, but our shop was the first one. We opened a head office in the current location outside the venue and opened a store in the hall to start trading.
Gin Jiro ahead of other stores was the first commercialization of the shavings cut at the store in Japan. Until then, the person who used it was shaving it at his own place. In addition, Gin Jiro also created another piece of "Kiyoshi Itoga". Until then, Mr. Itamamae had been shaving with glass fragments, but using only whitefin tuna and cutting it with a machine. Ki Itoga, which has a beautiful color, has a good reputation and is still our specialty product.

 Finally, "Hatoya Nori Store"

Hatoya Nori Store is a dry laver wholesaler in Tsukiji, founded in 1930.

We handle dried foods such as seaweed that colors your dining table, have a wealth of seaweed from all over Japan, such as Ariake products, and propose seaweed that is suitable not only for grilled seaweed but also for various scenes.

In addition to seaweed, we also have a wide variety of dry foods such as nuts and dried fruits. It is also popular as a souvenir shop where you can feel the lively voice of the third generation representative Ukai and the style of downtown that still remains in the cityscape outside Tsukiji.

Tasting is also available at two stores, the main store and new store outside the construction area, so you can try and purchase all products.
