I visited the "Buildings of the Heisei era" listed in the "Main Events in Chuo-ku" at the end of the "Monoshiri Encyclopedia".
First, the monument of silver love. The song "The Story of Love in Ginza" became a huge hit in 1961 (1961), but this monument was erected in 1990 (1990) ("Monoshiri Encyclopedia" page 39).
Chuo-ohashi Bridge was built in 1994 (1994). The Tsukuda-ohashi Bridge was built in 1964 (1964) before the Tokyo Olympics, and this abolished the ferry, but the bridge over Chuo-ohashi Bridge made transportation from Tsukuda Island to Tokyo Station (pages 60, 106 of Monoshiri Encyclopedia).
A "messenger statue" is installed on the pier in the center of the bridge.
"Piazza Paris" was built on the grounds of River City 21 in 1999.
A monument entitled "From Friendship to the Future" is set up ("Monoshiri Encyclopedia", page 111).
The new opening of Kabukiza (5th term) was held in 2013 (2013) (page 43 of Monoshiri Encyclopedia).
The Kibikicho Square on the second basement floor, directly connected to Tokyo Metro Higashi-Ginza Station, allows you to purchase souvenirs unique to Kabukiza and also serves as a facility for people who cannot return home in the event of a disaster.
There is also an aerial garden on the 5th floor of Kabukiza Tower.
The construction of "Tsukiji Ohashi" was in 2014 (2014). As a result, Motohashi became the first bridge from the mouth of the Sumida River.
