In the coming season, I went to "Otayuki Honten"

Hello. It's on the top.

As I mentioned in the previous blog, this article is at this time when it gets cold.

Here's the perfect shop.

Have you ever been to Oden's "Otayuki"?

The location is 2-2-3 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku.

This shop is a Kanto-style authentic oden shop founded in 1923. Mr. Ko Ota, the founder,

It seems that he changed his name and named it "Otayuki".

I visited with my senior at the company in late afternoon on a still hot and humid day in September.

There is also a long line in the shop.

I heard the conversations of the people in the line naturally.

"After all, I have to eat the signboard dish 'toumai'!" "I can have lunch at Nihonbashi for 670 yen.

It's amazing!" "I wanted to have a long-established taste once." "It's a hot day like today.

I thought it was less, but it was a miscalculation!" ・Everyone was lined up with "a lot of energy" (laughs).

"Toumai" is a special product made by Tayuki, with plenty of soup soaked on rice and stewed on it.

It's a menu with tofu. There are many customers who come from afar in search of this taste ...

I and my senior made the oden set meal.

It looks a little dark, but when I ate it, it was a refreshing and elegant taste. In a large pot

Oden, which has been carefully cooked, has a taste of all ingredients to the core, and it "relaxing".

I've been there only once yet, but I'd like to find another opportunity and visit.

All of you!♪
