Japanese-style sweets from Kasho Tsukiji

[Asunaro] June 18, 2018 12:00

old calendar June 16. Offer Japanese sweets and rice cakes to God
I wish I don't get sick and get it.
There was a custom of that.

During the Edo period, shoguns gave daimyo, and flagships served sweets.
It is an event that has spread as a gift culture.

In 1979, the Japanese Confectionery Association held "Wa Confectionery Day".
It was established.

It is said that "the life of Japanese sweets is ann," and it is suitable for your own shop.
I'll devise my own bean paste.

Tsukiji also wrapped a special bean paste in the shape of fish.
There are shops that offer Japanese-style sweets.

How about using "tuna grilled" as a snack or souvenir?

Sennuki Ship imperial procession, resting place of portable shrines

[Asunaro] June 11, 2018 12:00

The Tsukiji Lion Festival in 2018 is the main festival once every three years.

The water shrine festival, which was held during the Edo period and was no longer held due to the reclamation of the Kintoshigawa River, was revived for the first time in about 100 years, and the "Funa imperial procession" was held with Sennukimiya portable shrine on a boat.

The children's portable shrine also lined up, the water festival was held, descended the Sumida River, and the boat went to Hamarikyu.

I stayed at a very fine Hamarikyu inn, and the next day I went to imperial procession around Tsukiji.

I was particularly focused this year.

Alley Toyoiwa Inari Shrine

[Asunaro] June 7, 2018 12:00

June 2nd is "Alley Day".

It seems to be the day when it was established to review the goodness of the alley.

There are many narrow alleys in the gaps lined with buildings in Ginza.

Proceed along the alley next to the shop, and you'll see

First of all, the automatic door and "You can pass through".

When you pass through the automatic door, you can see the inside of the coffee shop.

There is an alley inside the white line of the floor inside the store.

If you go further along the alley, you will see Toyo Iwaineari Shrine at the corner.

You can enjoy the extraordinary life that lives quietly behind the alleys of the gorgeous Ginza city.

bigleaf hydrangea is compared to the gorgeous varieties we often see.

It's a bit plain, but it's a bit plain.

The flowers that bloom modestly have an elegant taste.

It has been improved as an appreciation flower.

The Western hydrangea, which was reimported to Japan

It makes you feel depressed during the rainy season.

Capsule Toy of Hidetsu Tsukiji

[Asunaro] June 4, 2018 18:00

I found a capsule toy of a "turret-type on-site transport vehicle" that runs around Tsukiji Market in all directions in the out-of-office market.

In the cargo, items like Tsukiji, such as cardboard, styrofoam boxes, and tuna, are precisely reproduced.

In addition, at Namiki Shrine, a capsule vending machine with a 100-sha frame wooden bill is installed.

It's original and very astringent.
