Intermediate between Nakahashi Nihonbashi and Kyobashi

[Asunaro] December 22, 2018 18:00

Nakahashi of the former Momiji River.

 Musashi_450.jpg

From the central exit of Tokyo Station Yaesu to Kuyasubashi on Yaesu Street
It's the ruins of the Momiji River. It was in the direction of Momijiyama in Edo Castle Nishinomaru.
For this reason, it was named Momiji River.

Momiji River and Dorimachisuji (Chuo-dori)
The crossing bridge was Nakahashi.

In 1624, Minamizume of Nakahashi was the founder of Edo Kabuki.
Saruwaka (Nakamura) Kanzaburo opened a playhouse for the first time in Edo.
It's the place where I hung it.

 Edo Kabuki _450.jpg

The stone monument of the birthplace of Edo Kabuki is located in the southern part of Nakahashi.
It is located on the shore of the radish on the site of Kyobashi, 500m away.

From the Nihonbashi 3-chome intersection where Nakahashi was built
Looking west, the front is the Yaesu Central Exit of Tokyo Station.
There is a green belt in the foreground strip.
I have a relief from Jan Jooss Ten.

Developed as a place for commercial activities in Edo, the life culture of townspeople
The giboshi has supported the cultural information as well as the formalities.
It has become a lively place in the field of communication.

It is located in the 10th section of Hakone Ekiden, a feature of New Year's Day.
Why don't you check it with roadside support?

White camellia

[Asunaro] December 16, 2018 09:00

At the gate of Enshoji Temple in Tsukiji Outer Market

White camellia is in bloom. I wonder if it's a coincidence.

 White Wabisuke jpg

It is counted as Rikyu's Seven Best Flowers and is used for the tea ceremony.

If you hit the frost, you can see the flowers.

Cut the branches of the buds to make them bloom indoors.

As the name of Wabisuke, he does not claim beauty compared to other camellias

The half-open flower shape makes you feel the atmosphere.

The modest beauty and flower language are also "modest".

It is a corner with a quiet atmosphere in the hustle and bustle of the market.

Remnants of the 15th wards of Tokyo Prefecture

[Asunaro] December 11, 2018 09:00

In 1878, we started in Kojimachi-ku, where the Imperial Palace is located.

Like writing the word "no" clockwise

Kojimachi, Kanda, Nihonbashi, Kyobashi, Shiba, Azabu, Akasaka, Yotsuya,
Ushigome, Koishikawa, Hongo, Shitaya, Asakusa, Honjo, Fukagawa and 15 wards were established.

Nihonbashi Ward and Kyobashi Ward merged on March 15, 1947, and there is the current Chuo-ku.

Kyobashi Tsukishima Post Office _400.jpg

The name of the station at Kyobashi Tsukishima Post Office is a remnant of Kyobashi-ku, Tokyo.

The scenery mark is "Tsukishima Nishinaka-dori Shopping Street and Monjayaki spatula".

While a lot of Showa architecture remains in the city from the Taisho era, there is also one aspect where skyscrapers stand like bamboo shoots after rain. Take a leisurely stroll through the Tsukishima area, which has a lot of fun other than Monja.

How about? Try looking for an easy flow.

Through Zen in the teachings of Historical Buddha
Bodhidharma was a great success.

Dharma of "Wake Up Koboshi" says
It is said that it is the appearance of "Zazen" in Bodhidharma.

Tsukiji Daruma. jpg

The black eyebrows and beards are the fish "Tsukiji Daruma".
With a lively brush character like Tsukiji
"Fish shore" and "TSUKIJI" on both sides of the face
It is depicted.

Mr. Dharma, who is seven-turned and eight-year-old, is
lucky items is good for business prosperity and luck.

It was hung with salmon.
