Child care on the street corner, oriental greenfinch parent and child

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] June 20, 2016 18:00

It was in late May last month

On the way to Tsukishima Subway Station, I was waiting for a traffic light at the pedestrian crossing of Tsukuda Nikita.

On the other side, there is an uncle who is going to get off the bicycle and look up.

You can hear a very loud voice like Peppy, too.

Then, when I searched for that voice immediately, when planting condominiums,

oriental greenfinch's chicks cling to the thin branches that are likely to reach if they reach out!

It's quite a bit of an urban child-raising.

Mr. oriental greenfinch's child-rearing period is as fast as two weeks.

I want you to grow up with peace of mind.

That voice, Mr. Onaga

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] June 20, 2016 12:00

The beginning of today's awakening to the singing of the birds

It's a time when the cute and slightly livelyness and the river surface of the Sumida River sparkle.

That's a big one, sir.

The owner of a wild voice that blows drowsiness is ... Onaga.

Correspondent blog Onaga June. jpgThe black cap and the white accent of the long light blue tail feather is wonderful!

It is a bird that can be seen all year round, and he likes near human life and does not live in a real natural forest.

That's why they come to our parks in Tokyo.

Correspondent blog June Onaga 3.jpgAnd strangely, since 1980, I can't see it here in West Japan.

For birdwatchers in Kansai, it's one of the birds you'd like to see!

You can see such a precious Onaga around us~.

Correspondent blog June Onaga 2.jpgIf you hear it's guyy,

Why don't you look for Mr. Onaga?

grey heron also had lunch time together

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] June 6, 2016 18:00

When I looked up at Chuo-ohashi Bridge from Ishikawajima Park Paris Square, a clear blue sky was spreading.

On such a day, let's have lunch time together.

Oh! Mr. black-tailed gull is a big fish get.

Do you pass through your throat? Are you okay?

 Oh! Mr. grey heron.

Usually Mr. grey heron, in this neighborhood

You can see it in the Hamarikyu Gardens, Hibiya Park and Kiyosumi Gardens.

Today we are having dinner with Mr. little egret, a regular member of the Sumida River Terrace.

During this period, young goby fish come to the mouth of the Sumida River in a group.

The sagis have a strong appetite for it.

A big gathering at low tide time of Sumida River with one grey heron and seven little egret.

Why don't you have a blue sky lunch with birds on the Sumida River Terrace?
