Goodbye winter birds, the beginning of the countdown! Memories of Eurasian wigeon.

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] March 20, 2017 12:00

On March 17th, we entered the equinoctial week, and finally the winter birds set off north.

The winter birds that wintered near the Sumida River Terrace in Ishikawajima Park this season were about 20 birds in northern pintail, 1 pair in mallard and more than 40 birds in Eurasian wigeon. northern pintail was getting less plating and had only one pair this morning.

The Eurasian wigeon, which can be seen here in Ishikawajima Park, usually spends time avoiding people on the seawall of Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology in Koto-ku, on the opposite bank.

However, on a rainy day, they come to Ishikawajima Park, where traffic has disappeared. There are 14,5 birds in 3 groups in one group. The characteristic of Eurasian wigeon is that he loves the lawn of the park and can go up and eat on land.

Everyone, Eurasian wigeon. jpg

For some reason, Eurasian wigeon who chooses the lawn on the Chuo-ku side instead of the lawn on the Koto-ku side is cute and inevitable.

I feel lonely when I think of goodbye to such a landscape.

Collaboration with Chuo-ohashi Bridge and Eitai Bridge is a photo opportunity to see if there are two times in one season. So that you don't be surprised, gently capture your figure from the distance to the last minute.

Eurasian wigeon and others who breed in the Tundra area of Eurasian Continent and come to Japan again in autumn.

I want you to gain physical strength with the grass of Ishikawajima Park and go well.

Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi New Building, let's make your own guidebook! Until March 28.

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] March 18, 2017 16:00

I discovered a unique project at the Nihonbashi entrance of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi New Building.

The card is recommended by employees of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store, neighboring companies, and long-established young husbands who love Nihonbashi, etc.

Find your favorite card and bind it with a ring to complete your own guidebook! !

There is also information on long-established stores, restaurants and events in Nihonbashi, so you will forget the time to watch a wide range of people's information for a while.

Immediately, I bound the card I was interested in with a ring and took it home. There seems to be a lot of new shops.

Oh, all the cards I chose, all of which are just restaurants,! !

I'm looking forward to seeing you in Nihonbashi from spring.

Why don't you try to find your favorite card and create an original guidebook?

It will be held until March 28th.

Looking at the participating stores, there are a lot of shops that correspondents tell on their blog every day.

In the past year, I, Tsukuda's Usako, have been able to learn about the charms of various long-established stores thanks to everyone's transmission. I'm glad to collect stamps right away.

Also, I feel that stamp rally's prize-winning rate of senior correspondents is very high.

Just in my memory, I immediately went to Saruya in Nihonbashi 1 area and Eitaro Honpo in Nihonbashi 2 area because I wanted to take advantage of the good luck of Tachibana, Ginzo, Zetsushi, and seniors.

Saruya purchased a toothpick with a tsuji occupation for a gift to his friends.

We will collect stamps by the 27th and post a special postcard with the stamp stamped by postmark valid until the 30th.

A Prize Toto Goodwill Association Let's aim for 10 people for 10,000 yen meal ticket! !
