Pork Jerky "Michinko" Ginza

[Cotton] October 16, 2016 14:00

"BEE CHRNG HIANG" is a restaurant that sells popular pork jerky in Singapore. On September 22, we opened on Ginza 5-chome Suzuran Street.

In addition to Singapore, we have already opened stores in nine countries, mainly in Southeast Asia, but it seems that Ginza is the only one that has stores in Japan.

Barbecue-flavored jerky called BAKKWA (Backa: meaning "dried meat" in Fujian), which is sold at Bichin incense, changes the image of dried meat so far.

After smoked pork peach, it is said that it is charcoal grilled. The sweet and moist texture and seasoning have a juicy and nostalgic taste like a mirin-dried grilled over charcoal fire rather than jerky, and it is a later seasoning.

Back alley gourmet hand-baked egg

[Cotton] 09:00 on October 7, 2016

Tsukiji has a lot of talk about these days, but today we will introduce gourmets other than the in-house and out-of-office markets.

Did you know that there is a delicious egg-yaki restaurant behind the alley of Tsukiji 7-chome?

"Teyaki egg Watanabe Syoten," Mr.

The wooden two-story building is marked with a tamagoyaki banner.

1000 to 1200 pieces a day, all raw eggs are broken by hand.

Is it natural to break by hand? Some people may think that they often use liquid eggs for business use, and Watanabe Syoten is sticking to cracking fresh raw eggs that arrive every morning by hand.

Thick egg baked with a weight of 10 eggs. You can taste the taste of egg firmly.
630 yen (tax included)

It's also nice that you can see the shop carefully baked up close.

Please enjoy it by all means.
