A little long day of New American correspondent. ~ Chuo-ku Whole Museum 2017 Part 3 ~

[Edamame] Nov. 11, 2017 14:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

By the way, we took a free tour bus guided by another correspondent to Nihonbashi.

Listening to other people's guidance also discovers the difference from yourself, so it's a study.

And the number of bus passengers was a little more than the morning flight I was on.

I realized that there were many people who enjoyed the event even in the rain.

We arrived at Nihonbashi.

I'm looking for ...

DSC_2193-1.jpg

Here you.

This is the Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center.

http://nihonbashi-info.tokyo/tourism/

It is a facility where a senior correspondent was introduced before.

/archive/2017/10/post-4644.html

Here's the event I was doing here.

DSC_2195-1.jpg

Events using smartphones and tablet devices

This is "The Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour".

・・That's why.

Originally, "People who solved the mystery and found the answer during the day will receive a gift by lottery ..."

However, due to bad weather, the lottery was canceled.

Instead, do you?

I hope you can enjoy the mystery itself until the end of November.

It seems that they will leave an "information terminal" for solving the mystery in the city.

So Edamame brought back the pamphlet to solve the mystery,

I decided to walk around the city on a sunny day later.

※The pamphlet is still being distributed at the Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center.

And then.

As a whole museum project

"Event stamp rally" was held.

DSC_2229-1.jpg

There are several places to install stamps in the event venue.

If you collect more than three, you can participate in a lottery without empty lottery.

Edamame until this time

Hamacho Disaster Prevention Pier

Asashio Canal Ship landing

Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center

I was getting stamps at three places.

DSC_2230-1.jpg

Head to the lottery venue on the 1st floor of Choredo Nihonbashi.

・・As a result ...

It was "C Award".

There is no gap, but the bottom prize.

What can I get? If you think

There was something like this.

DSC_2194-1.jpg

Friction-colored pencil!

I knew the friction ballpoint pen that would disappear when rubbed.

I guess it's a color pencil!

It's a PILOT product headquartered in Kyobashi, right?

To my daughter, Azuki (2 years old), who has been answering with my dad at home all the time

It's going to be a good souvenir.

It's getting worse, so I'm going home around here.

It was also a day I wished to be involved in a fun event next year and have fun.

・・I hope the weather will be nice next year! !

★The end★

You can enjoy it until the end of November! "Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour" @ Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center

[Edamame] Nov. 8, 2017 18:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

Last time, the event introduced in an article related to the "Chuo-ku Marugoto Museum"

This is the "Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour".

One day after the typhoon, we started a walk with a pamphlet in one hand.

DSC_2195-1.jpg

I would like to introduce you again...

Originally, it was an event in the "Chuo-ku Marugoto Museum" held on October 29 (Sun).

On the day, we solved the mystery around the area, and if we answered the quiz correctly, we planned to receive a gift by lottery ...

Due to bad weather while the typhoon is approaching, the gift lottery will be canceled.

Instead, the information transmitter placed in the city will be left as it is until the end of November.

You can enjoy the mystery solving and quiz until the end of November.

It's like this.

1: Get a pamphlet at Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center

The place is at Nihonbashi Minamizume Flower Square.

  http://nihonbashi-info.tokyo/tourism/

2: Install "google chrome" on a smartphone / tablet device

(For Android devices, there may be many that have already been installed at the time of purchase.)

3: Both the location information (GPS) function and the Bluetooth function are turned ON.

※It's very important here!

The reason is that the location information (GPS) function is turned on in the pamphlet of "Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour".

 It wasn't listed.

Edamame, who is always worried that the battery will be reduced quickly and turns off GPS.

No matter how hard I worked, I was in trouble because I couldn't get the information.

That's why I caused a great deal of inconvenience to Mr. Y, the person in charge of Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center.

This event utilizes a system near the google Chrome.

This is something that cannot be used unless both the location (GPS) function and the Bluetooth function are turned ON.

 Thank you very much.

4: Heading to the points shown on the map

The map in the pamphlet is studded with the mark "If you go near here, you can get information."

DSC_2236-1.jpg

Let's walk when we take a walk.

5: When you arrive at the point, swipe your smartphone from top to bottom.

Check the "Notification Information".

・・Then you will come out like this.

Screenmemo_2017-10-31-12-19-37.jpg

(↑ The photo shows the screen that came out near Meijiza.)

In other words, when you approach that point, your smartphone catches the information that flew wirelessly.

"I have such information here!"

If you touch this screen, you can see more details.

・・Oh, so far!

Mystery solving event, "Secret Keywords" is displayed in the future.

If you say that, the fun of this event will almost disappear.

That's right. If you find a keyword, make a note of it.

If you leave the area where you can catch information, you will not be able to understand it.

6: Collecting "keywords" ... a quiz for that area will be completed.

There are a total of 7 quizzes for each area. Let's do our best to answer!

7: Answers will be made at the starting point, Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center.

Even though there is no raffle, I wonder if the answer is correct ...

Please try your best to answer all questions correctly.

※If information related to the "Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour" does not easily enter the information notification screen.

From the "Settings" of the smartphone

Screenmemo_2017-10-31-18-15-00.jpg

Choose "google"

Screenmemo_2017-10-31-18-15-14.jpg

Select the location from the service.

Screenmemo_2017-10-31-18-15-26.jpg

Then, when you update the screen, you should get some information.

If it still doesn't work, go to a place where it should be a point

It may be a good idea to get closer to it.

After that, the location information (GPS) written in ↑ 3 and the Bluetooth are turned ON.

It is a confirmation that it is set to receive information on the front.

Screenmemo_2017-11-03-16-44-19.jpg

Press the "Settings (mark like gear)" on the screen above.

Screenmemo_2017-11-03-16-44-34.jpg

Check that "Nearby links can be used" is turned ON.

This will probably work well.

However, this is the private opinion of an Android user.

If you are an iPhone user or an Android user, it still doesn't work.

Let's go to the Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center for consultation.

DSC_2193-1.jpg

I'd like you to find a solution.

And finally, the quiz about the Nihonbashi area that will be completed...

It may be a bit difficult for ordinary people to answer without looking at anything.

But there's a smartphone at hand ...

I think it's also a way to learn more about the Nihonbashi area.

So even a little, "Hey!" I wish I could think of it.

As a correspondent ... I feel impatient about where I have lost my knowledge.

I have to study! I'm also nervous about it.

In addition, information terminals are installed in places where there are no keywords.

You will be able to get detailed information about each location.

Actually, I ... until I come into contact with this event

I've never used the Bluetooth feature.

I'm impressed that smartphones can do this.

For tourist information in the coming era, make full use of digital equipment

I think it will be possible to provide information in more various forms ...

It made me feel.

Unfortunately, we don't have raffle, but

It was said that it could be enjoyed not only on October 29 (Sun) but also on October 29 (Sun).

By dividing the day, it was an event that you could enjoy today, Higashinihombashi, and then Yaesu & Nihonbashi.

I think it's fun to have this mystery-solving pamphlet along with a little walk.

It's a great opportunity, so please take advantage of it.

A little long day of New American correspondent. ~ Chuo-ku Whole Museum 2017 Part 2 ~

[Edamame] Nov. 7, 2017 16:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

It's the last time.

(Click here for the previous article → /archive/2017/11/post-4725.html)

After receiving an orange hoodie for the staff at the meeting place at Harumi Wharf.

Get on the "Marugoto Museum Limited Free Tour Bus" for 80 minutes per lap and guide everyone.

Actually ... Edamame, this was the first memorable guide to our customers.

I was a little nervous, but my frank impression was that I was glad I could have fun.

I would be glad if our customers could learn about Chuo-ku as much fun as possible.

I hope I can do it again next year. I would like to do more training for that purpose.

After going around and returning to Harumi Pier, today's work is over.

It's almost 13 o'clock, but we still have more time.

So, from here, let's go around where you want to go.

First of all, the event at Harumi Pier now.

This is the Harumi Autumn Festival 2017.

1509250107605-1.jpg

I was coming to Harumi Wharf.

It is an Antarctic observation ship "Shirase". You can tour the ship.

The outdoor events due to bad weather have been canceled.

Various events on board were held as scheduled.

Projection of planetarium, caster experience,

There was also a corner to make a power-free radio.

And...

DSC_2189-1.jpg

There is also a corner where you can take pictures with such Yuru characters.

In Japan, the number of seafarers has been decreasing recently ...

There was also a distribution of DVDs and pamphlets introducing seafarers' work.

DSC_2228-1.jpg

The upper Yuru character is called "Captain Namimaru" that appears in it.

Certainly, in Japan surrounded by the sea, it seems that it will be difficult without anyone who moves the ship.

I hope that more children will be interested in ship work.

In addition, there are exhibits of classic cars at Harumi Wharf.

DSC_2192-1.jpg

There was a stage of a choir for elementary school students in Chuo-ku.

DSC_2187-1.jpg

There were a lot of things.

If the weather is a little better...I think so.

Let's keep it again next year.

I enjoyed the Harumi Wharf with such a feeling.

Take a free tour bus guided by other correspondents

I decided to move to Nihonbashi.

There's still a lot of fun in the city.

A little long day of New American correspondent. -The whole Chuo-ku Museum 2017 Part 1~

[Edamame] Nov. 2, 2017 18:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

Sunday, October 29.

One of the major events in Chuo-ku, "Chuo-ku Marugoto Museum 2017" was held.

・・Yes. On this day when the typhoon is approaching.

There were many irregularities, such as some events being canceled or changing places.

Still, I think many people participated in various events and enjoyed it.

Introducing what was cut out of this day with a camera of a new correspondent.

7 o'clock in the morning.

Check the entire museum's official website to see the status of events and other events due to bad weather.

Especially ... ship!

Volunteers of correspondents serve as volunteer guides on the free patrol bus on the day.

Harumi Wharf, the starting point of the bus, was the meeting place.

Hamacho, which runs free of charge on the day to go there. → I thought I would go on a boat in Harumi (Asashio Canal) ...

I was worried that bad weather would make it difficult.

After confirming, at least in the morning, it will operate in a way that reduces the capacity.

There is no problem for me if the ship moves properly.

I will go to the dock in Hamacho with peace of mind.

DSC_2168-1.jpg

Is it a matter of bad weather and time before 9 o'clock in the morning?

There were still few people.

DSC_2169-1.jpg

Still, families and friends, etc.

Everyone who might be looking forward to this event was gathering.

The inside of the ship looks like this.

DSC_2172-1.jpg

I hear it's a boat that can hold parties.

It's a little longing. What a party on board?

I want to try it someday (delusions).

And 9 o'clock. I'm leaving!

It's bad weather, but the ship doesn't shake so much. It operated smoothly.

The most exciting thing is that this ship "guided".

Famous places and bridges in Chuo-ku (some bridges over the Sumida River are designated as Important Cultural Properties)

I was looking forward to hearing various stories.

DSC_2174-13.jpg

・・・ Before I guide, I also serve as image training.

I'm going to study as it is.

There were many contents of the guide who seemed to be "Oh, that's right!"

There was also a place where I could learn how to communicate.

I have to do my best in the future.

The scenery seen from the boat is fresh, unlike the one seen from the land.

After all, I was reminded that I like sailing.

I hope that we can continue to convey the goodness to as many people as possible.
DSC_2173-1.jpg

The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the ship is severe, and there are also raindrops.

I'm sorry that there is no good picture left from the room ...

After a 40-minute cruise, we arrived at Harumi (Asashio Canal Ship landing).

By the way. I'm going to work at Harumi Wharf from here.
