At the foot of Chuo-ohashi Bridge in Shinkawa Park, three Kawazu cherry trees, famous for their early blooming, are planted, and the flowers have begun to bloom again this year. Unlike Yoshino cherry tree, you can enjoy dark pink flowers for a month. Kawazu cherry blossoms were discovered by accident in Kawazu-cho, the southern shore of Izu Peninsula in 1955.
By the way, this Kawazu cherry tree is famous in the Tokyo metropolitan area is "Shinkawa Senbonzakura" in Yachiyo City, Chiba Prefecture. It seems that about 700 Kawazu cherry trees are located along the river called Shinkawa over 4.2 km, and it is the same "Shinkawa", but this is three in Chuo-ku. However, many people stop every year and see the flowering condition, and it is loved by local people.
At the Hatchobori side of Takahashi over the Kamejima River, about a 5-minute walk from here, the area around Inari Bridge over the reclaimed Sakuragawa River has become a little Shinsui-Koen Park in recent years, and Kawazu cherry blossoms have been planted there as well.
Did you plant it in connection with Sakuragawa, which has just left a name at the pumping station now?
By the way, Sakuragawa used to be called Hatchobori in the past, and was the digging that was the origin of the current town name.
In both Shinkawa Park and Hatchobori, Yoshino cherry tree is planted in the children's park on the opposite side of the Kamejima River, and it seems that the overture of the cherry blossoms following Kawazu Sakura and Yoshino cherry tree began to play.

On the 3rd, following last year's New Year's Day, we went to see a demonstration of hawk art at Hamarikyu Onshi Garden. This is held every year on the New Year because Hamarikyu was the shogun's falconry ground.
Some of the customers who wanted to do it challenged and flew to their arms properly.
Demonstration of sudden descending from the adjacent building to the prey. Last year, a lot of flying birds and crows flew around and threatened, so I fell down the tree on the way.
This year, the hawk descended in a straight line toward the prey.
There is also a store in the park, and we received "Shogun Zoni" from the Kabukiza store. He seems to reproduce the zoni eaten by the general, and his body warmed.
After preparing the stomach for the time being, go to support the Ekiden.
It seemed to pass Chuo-dori from Kyobashi to Eitai-dori St. at about 13 o'clock, so I walked to the intersection of Yaesu Street. When we arrive, there are quite a lot of supporters and brass bands from run university coming along the roadside and it is exciting. After a while, the leading runner came and cheered a lot.
It's like the last spurt, probably because the goal of Otemachi is near.
It was a day when I could enjoy the realism of life, different from watching on TV.

From December 26 to 28 in the New Year, there was a year-old market around Yagenbori fudoson in Higashinihombashi. The year-on-ichi has continued since the Edo period, and it was once called the year-on-ichi that paid since Fukagawa Hachiman, Asakusa Kannon and Yushima Tenjin and ended in Yagenbori fudoson in December. Right next to it is Ryogoku Hirokoji Temple, which was one of the best places in Edo, and in the past it seems that stalls sold New Year's goods such as Hagoita and shime decorations, but now the location of the wholesale district and winter clothes are at a reasonable price.
There is also a monument of the old city in the precincts of fudoson.
There is also a monument commemorating the birth of the talk in the same place.
It is said that the talk originated from Tsuji Kosha at Ryogoku Hirokoji during the Edo period, and from such a connection, on the evening of the last day of the city on the evening of the last day of the city, many lecturers gathered at the memorial service of Zhang fans used in the talk. It was done in front of the monument. After homa was cooked and read, the participants wrote the wish on the fan-shaped paper and put them in the fire of homa for the best of next year.
Then, in front of the gate, under the name of Tsuji Kosha, the current lecturers showed the change of Honnoji Temple and a seat of Miyamoto Musashi.
It was cold because it was an outdoor event, but I bought alcohol and hot drinks at the stalls and enjoyed the warmth.
Now, the talk seems to be a boom, but it has a different taste from rakugo, and there are many things that deal with historical celebrities, so it is also a study. In Yagenbori fudoson, it seems that a meeting is held about once a month. Edo Nihonbashi-tei in Nihonbashi is located in a theater where you can easily go to Chuo-ku. From New Year's Day, he will have the first meeting of the Kodan Association. Why don't you visit the entertainment hall once because it is a traditional performing art originated in Chuo-ku?

On November 10, Harumi went to see off the Antarctic observation ship "Shirase" departing for the 60th Antarctic observation. I did a tour bus ride guide at the whole Chuo-ku Museum on the 4th, but at that time I introduced that Antarctic observation ship would leave Harumi and return to port, and the customer told me that it was departing on the 10th. Whats On the day, I went early by car, but the parking lot at the passenger terminal was full. Once I returned home and went back by bus, I was in time for my departure.
The terminal was full of family, friends, and people who were sent off. "Shirase" is a ship of the Marine Self Defense Force, right? A send-off ceremony, such as instructions from executives, followed by marching under the performance of the music band and boarding. By the way, the observation team goes to Australia by plane and boards there.
After that, I moved to the pick-up deck and saw off the departure at 11 o'clock. In the space battleship Yamato played by the music band, everyone waved their hands to keep away from the whistle whistle quay, cheered and sent off.
The news that passed through the Rainbow Bridge and headed to the South Pole will return to Harumi again on April 9 next year. I wish you a safe voyage.

In Chuo-ku, there are 25 antenna shops in prefectures, roads and cities around Ginza and Nihonbashi. From October 4 to 23, the antenna shop in the city participated and the 13th Antenna Shop stamp rally in Chuo-ku was held. I found this stamp rally on Saturday afternoon on the 20th. So, I made a plan to go around the antenna shop in Ginza on Saturday and Nihonbashi on Sunday. (I happened to be on Sunday off, and on the last day, it was very safe to return to work on Tuesday) I just pray for the present.
If I noticed a little earlier, I think I could have enjoyed shopping with plenty of time, but I was sorry that I couldn't shop much because I didn't have much time and it was a super express. Under such circumstances, Iwate Ginga Plaza, an antenna shop in Iwate Prefecture in Higashiginza, is holding events and lotteries until Sunday, 28th, for the 20th anniversary.
Just when I went to Morioka for work this spring, I bought the "strawberry boiled" and "Fukuda bread" on sale. Sansa Odori Festival's performance at the storefront.
The location of the antenna shop in the city is also relatively concentrated, and I think that you can go around in one day even if you walk around all. I also used a metro link for free buses around Nihonbashi and Edo buses. Why don't you go around for a walk?

The other day, Tokyo also declared the blossoming of cherry blossoms. Shinkawa Park, Ishikawajima Park and Tsukuda Park, located between Eitai Bridge on the Sumida River and Tsukuda-ohashi Bridge, are famous cherry blossom spots along both banks of the Sumida River. However, it seems that the flowering time is slightly different depending on the sunshine hours.
This is Tsukuda, Ishikawajima Park.
It was taken on the 25th, but it is almost in full bloom and is crowded with cherry blossom viewing visitors.
The floating sightseeing boat running on the river surface also stopped by the shore and slowed down to serve passengers.
Next is Shinkawa Park on the opposite bank. It's been filming on the morning of the 27th, but it's still 6 minutes.
This is a small cherry blossom that blooms in the square just behind Shinkawa Park. It seems to be a variety called Sunlight Sakura, and about 6 trees were planted, and this was already in full bloom.
If you combine the parks on both banks, you can enjoy a long-term performance of cherry blossoms (parks).
