Chuo-ku is also a gourmet town. Nihonbashi, Ginza, Tsukiji, Ningyocho ... I can't count if I give a delicious shop.
I usually search for affordable shops and enjoy a meal casually, but sometimes I want to be a little nervous and enjoy high-class French.
On this day, I visited "Rest Landon Pierre" in Ginza 1-chome. It is a long-established store with a history of 30 years under the name "Perinyon". Last year, we merged with the Kyobashi store and re-started as Rest Landon Pierre.
The store has a warm atmosphere that you will never notice, and it is full of exciting atmosphere with important guests. The menu is lined with items that sway your finger, so you will get lost. In particular, the steak seems to be soft and juicy and melting. The appearance of the table is also set so that you can enjoy plenty of extraordinary space. Take off your hat to the service spirit without gaps.
There are plenty of desserts. I had a pudding this time. Slight bitterness and deep sweetness spread in your mouth. It is also a blissful time to look back on what you have received today while drinking coffee. How luxurious it is to be able to enjoy a calm meal in the middle of a big city.
When I visited the store, of "Cored Muromachi" 1-3, which will be grand opening on the 20th of this month, a consommé soup specialty store "Jule Dole" will be opened as an affiliated store on the ground floor of "Cored Muromachi 2". I'm always impressed with the attitude of seeking a new form of taste.
I'm looking forward to seeing more spots with new flavors in Chuo-ku.
I was full and satisfied with it. "Ginza French" was a very fascinating gastronomy.
