Hamarikyu Garden Winter feature Snow hanging (Southern style) frost repellent (Obake)

[Yurikamome] Nov. 17, 2011 08:30

In the sunny weather of Hamarikyu, snow hanging, a winter tradition, was displayed.

It will give you an accent when your garden becomes lonely. It will entertain your eyes until the end of March.

This decoration cannot support this core snow and is only a decoration.

In earnest, it is "Kenrokuen-style snow hanging", but the smaller one is displayed in Shiba Rikyu Garden.

Snow hanging in Tokyo is divided into "Northern style" and "Southern style", "Koishikawa Korakuen" and "Rokugien" are northern style, and "Hamarikyu Garden" and "Hibiya Park" are southern style.

The method of the master at that time is still handed down.

The tip of the sail column is called Valen.

The decoration is made with a hanging rope.

It is a rich decorative snow hanging with a lot of thin ropes.

2011_1113 Hamayuki Suspension (Buchi 2) Photo 0020.JPG The hem is called a bee, and the bee rotates a rope around the tip of the bee (frame at the tip of the bamboo) and connects a hanging rope around it.

The bamboo passing sideways is called Kanzashi.

In warm regions, cold-sensitive plants such as cycad and Digo are rolled up with straw during the winter to protect trees from the cold of winter.

The contents of this photo in the garden of Hamarikyu are not cycad, but bamboo is placed on the ground and it is decorated with straw. Therefore, the name among craftsmen is "Obake ..."

Matsushima Shrine (Otori Shrine) / Okuninushi Tori-no-ichi Fair November 14

[Yurikamome] Nov. 17, 2011 08:30

Matsushima Shrine: 2-15-2 Nihonbashi Ningyocho

It is a shrine that is said to be infinite treasures, fulfillment of great wishes, and spiritual experiences.

It is also included in the Nihonbashi Seven Lucky Gods Tour, which departs from the Mitsukoshi Main Store on New Year's Day.

Before the Great Fire of the Meiryaku era (1657) took place, there were many playhouses around it, so it seems that there were many worshipers, kimono merchants, Kabuki actors, and geisha.

The "Rooster Market" in November is still a grand event and seems to have been a entertainment district in the past.

2011_1114 Matsushima Shrine Tori-no-ichi Fair Photo 0013.JPG As lucky items, kumade is sold from the point where the eagle "grab" prey, and other "golden mochi" and "sansho mochi" made of "head potatoes" chestnuts are sold.

It was also a prevention of colds in winter.

Recently, "Ryomu" bills have been sold, and many young people worship.

2011_1114 Matsushima Shrine Large Decoration Photo 0011.JPG Every year kumade has a custom of buying a "big kumade."

If one price is "San,000 yen", it seems that the price should be "20,000 yen ..."

Don't forget to put 10,000 yen if you can buy it for "20,000 yen" as "Fuse" ...

One thing, when kumade sells, applause of "337 beats" occurs.

   I applauded with everyone, too.

※ In the past, my grandmother Chama had bought in Tori-no-ichi Fair, "kumade's Kanzashi" on her hair ...

A friend who went with me told me.

Diamond Fuji I saw

[Yurikamome] Nov. 11, 2011 08:30

The changes in the four seasons in Japan are beautiful and there are a lot of interesting things.

When the sun sets to the west, what time can you see in Chuo-ku just like riding on the summit of Fuji?

Even in Chuo-ku, can't you see the north and south on the same day?

It should be held twice a year, but from here Kachidoki, I was waiting for autumn to be around November 1st. On that day, I gave up because there were clouds in the west sky, but the thickness of the clouds was thinner than it looked, and by the time I actually went to the summit of Mt. Fuji, it was still dazzling through the clouds, and the light was blurred in the clouds. The contour of the sun was not clear. It looked as if Mount Fuji was erupting.

And sank as if he had been sucked into the crater. Along with that, the color and pattern of the surrounding clouds changed every moment. I don't feel the movement when it's in Nakaten, but it's amazing when the comparison object such as mountains is nearby. In about two minutes, the sun sank.

Sunset over Mount Fuji 2011_1101 Photo 48.JPG

Eventually, when the sunset was completely hidden behind Mount Fuji, near the mountain was red sunset, above it was vermilion, above it was white, above it was pale sky, and above it was still white clouds like daytime.  It's the same as the color of the sky in the view of Ukiyo-e.

Sunset over Mount Fuji 2011_1101 Photo 64.JPG Spring is around February tenth. The photo below is taken on February 9, last year. It was still 1 or 2 days earlier, and it began to sink south of the summit. On the following day, the clouds were dark, and on the 11th, I couldn't shoot due to rain in the evening. The contour and color change depending on the depth of clouds and the seasonal flight of yellow sand.

Chuo-ku is about 5.67 km from Saemon Bridge over the Kanda River in Nihonbashibakurocho to the south Harumi Wharf. Mount Fuji is about 101 kilometers from the Chuo-ku government office. From Mount Fuji, the distance between the north and south of Chuo-ku is 3 degrees 13 minutes in view. (In units with an angle of less than 1 degree use minutes and seconds. One time is 60 minutes, one minute is 60 seconds.)

The flat part of the summit of Fuji is about 825 meters from Mt. Shiroyama in the north to Mt. Komagatake in the south. Looking at the flat part of this summit from Chuo-ku, the viewing angle is about 28 minutes 07 seconds. The average distance from the earth to the sun is about 150 million kilograms. The diameter of the sun is about 1.392 million kilograms. The eye diameter is 31 minutes 59 seconds. In other words, the diameter of the sun appears about 14% larger than the summit.

And when it looks just like the sun is riding on the summit of Fuji at Harumi Wharf, when viewed from Saemon Bridge, it shines at the same height quite far away from the summit of Fuji. I didn't think that the date would vary depending on the place in Chuo-ku that you could see just riding on the summit of Fuji.

Moon after sunset over Mount Fuji 2011_1101 Photo 72.JPGWhile watching the sunset over Mount Fuji and immersed in the lingering sound, the ground was illuminated and the atmosphere of the night, but the sky was still bright and half a month thin.

Nihonbashi Bridge Centennial Festival Parade (Part 3)

[Yurikamome] Nov. 4, 2011 08:30

The traditional dance of Tohoku continues in hope of recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake. This is "Urahama Nenbutsuken Dance". Speaking of which, in July of the summer of Tsukudashima, Chuo-ku, a venerable "Nenbutsu Odori" is held.

I heard a familiar song. It's "Yamadacho Yagibushi". Jestue is dancing very hard.   It's so rhythmic that I just sang together. Everyone was really fine.

The atmosphere suddenly changed. It is "Soma Nomaoi Equestrian Warrior". It is rarely seen that an equestrian warrior wearing armor helmets walks around Chuo-dori. The classic car parade was also cool, but this time slipped scene was a valuable photo. I pray for the recovery of the environment of your hometown.

It's a local turn to move on to the "Part 3 Bridge 100th Anniversary Parade". First of all, it is a collection of traditional town "Highten lanterns". It is the pride of the town raised high on the tip of a long bamboo groove. "Where is our house? Oh! Who has it? I wonder if I'll come here soon."

Nihonbashi Centennial Festival Parade Photo 079 Highlight Lantern Corps.JPG"I don't know the pride of Edo kid, portable shrine," "Do you know the best portable shrine in Japan? Look at that. The bill that says the best in Japan for the golden portable shrine Teppen!"  "Nihonbashi 1-chome" "Don't live in your favorite place!"

Next is "Kyobashi Ichinobe". portable shrine has a solid yet stylish design. Everyone's happi coat color is also stylish green. A beautiful and beautiful sister is also carrying together. And they all had a great deal of strength. It was a shy group.

Nihonbashi Centennial Festival Parade Photo 096 portable shrine (Ichinobe Kyobashi).JPG  A stunning parade that lasts forever.  I can't introduce everything very much.   "Nihonbashi" where I saw all of these. And you must have seen the banner of the Nihonbashi Centennial Festival, which was put on the guard of the Metropolitan Expressway on top of it. Let's take care of everyone for the next hundred years "Nihonbashi"! !

Nihonbashi Bridge Centennial Festival Parade (Part 2)

[Yurikamome] Nov. 3, 2011 08:30

As one of the opening ceremonies, the members of the Kawagoe Clan matchlock musket Gun Corps Preservation Society appeared with matchlock musket and banners wearing armor helmets of the time.

The main street of Kawagoe City regulates the construction style of the Edo period when rebuilding.

It is called "Koedo" because of its streets.

Next is the members of the "Part 1 Opening Parade" local Nihonbashi Junior High School brass band. The platoon, posture, and the sound of the song were so impressive that I could not imagine as a junior high school student. It's reliable, isn't it?

Next, the locals, Joto Elementary School in Chuo Ward, came while playing rhythms with a round stick clap.

It was a dashed to arrange the platoon due to the adjustment of the signal at Eitai-dori St. Everyone played hard.

"Part 2 Tohoku Reconstruction Parade" A traditional dance was performed in prayer for recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake.

First of all, the two colorful fans of "Sendai Sparrow Dance" were regarded as wings, and they danced cheerfully, elegantly and pretty.

"Kanazu-ryu deer dance" wore Shishizu and beat a drum and performed bravely and orderly.

Nihonbashi Bridge Centennial Festival Parade (Part 1)

[Yurikamome] Nov. 2, 2011 08:30

On October 30, a large parade was held on Chuo-dori to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the bridge of Nihonbashi, the base of the five highways spread throughout Japan.

We started Nihonbashi Sanzen Echizen and proceeded slowly and lively to Kyobashi.

Miss Chuo, the 30th Chuo-ku Tourism Ambassador, is also very active.

This is a parade of classic cars following the leading white bike squad. Only a few cars ran here, but in fact dozens of famous historical cars and cars were exhibited in front of the Bank of Japan, and many enthusiasts gathered and enthusiastically.

I was watching it.

Manias who have classic cars really love cars and care for them.

We are deeply moved by seeing it together with the long history of Nihonbashi for 100 years.

Please take a look. This dignified personality!
