Special feature of Hamarikyu Gardens on snow makeup

[Yurikamome] January 26, 2012 08:30

It snowed once or twice a year. We entered the garden at the same time as the opening of the park at 9:00.

In the same way, there were many people who came to the garden with cameras. My mind is the same.

The pine on the right is the site of the Yan Liao Pavilion.

The road on the left is Omoteba.

During the Edo period, customers turned right at the pine spot for 300 years, passed this Obababa, descended from horses and mikoshi at the Oniwa government office, left the sword at the Oniwa government office, and saw the Oniwa only by Wakizashi.

This is Nakajima's Ochiyaya.

It is paired with "Pine Ochiyaya".

"Niwaya Ichinyo" Teoku Ichinoho ...

According to this word, the building and the garden are thought and made with a sense of unity.

Because it is built to match the garden, it is thought up to the height so that it feels like sitting in the garden when sitting in the pine Ochiyaya.

Our customers from autumn to winter were for Takagari.

There is a trace of "Hawk's Ochiya" near here, but after Takagari, the soil is large so that it can be put in the dirt floor as it is with the foot.

And had a fireplace.

If you look closely, the snow was attached to the tip of the branch, but it shined in the blue sky and looked like a flower.

 It is "Oteiyama".

Although it is a small mountain, a lot of azaleas are planted in spring, and it says, "The mountain was beautiful as if the fire was blowing."

It's a snow-covered tachikanbaki.

It blooms across the road in front of Bairin.

Petals scatter like wild tea flowers without falling in the shape of flowers like camellia. Haruyama tea flower is called Haruyama tea flower that falls on the ground in the form of a flower like a camellia without scattering of harass and petals even in yamacha flower.

Haruyama tea flower is located in Higashi-Oen.

Nihonbashi Karuta Town Tour (100th anniversary of the bridge) January 17-29

[Yurikamome] January 20, 2012 08:30

"Nihonbashi Karuta" is a "local Karuta" born from Nihonbashi.

In 2009, the Nihonbashi Regional Renaissance 100-Year Planning Committee was created to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its establishment in order to make more people aware of the culture and history of Nihonbashi.

Reading phrases on the theme of "history", "famous places / historic sites", "culture / cultural people", etc. were collected from all over the country by open call for participants.

Out of a total of 4114 phrases, 47 were selected by the Selection Committee and adopted for "Nihonbashi Karuta".

2012_0119 Karuta Nihonbashi Photo 0012.JPG The beautiful design of the picture card is written by up-and-coming Ukiyo-e artist, the sixth generation, Utagawa National Government.

Production supervision is a long-established "Okuno Karuta Store" founded in 1921. ¥3150. - (tax included)

If you collect 5 "Meguri tags" that drift in the Edo atmosphere while strolling around the Nihonbashi area and take them to the Colled Muromachi Information "Nihonbashi Information Center", you will be able to draw once and have a fun gift.

2012_0119 Karuta Town Walk in Japan Photo 0006.JPG"Nihonbashi Karuta" is a "local Karuta" born from Nihonbashi.

Let's follow the map and collect "Meguri bills".

The "Meguri tag" is the above-mentioned "Nihonbashi Karuta".

For example, ... I came with my grandmother and now I'm going to Mitsukoshi with my grandchildren.

Take the Oomi Edo balance and Takashimaya

The bell of Kokumachi makes the night of Edo bright.

To Meijiza, amazake Yokocho Koi no Michi

Susoroku goes from Nihonbashi to Kyoagari Etc.

I received a lottery of Tenugui Japan for the 100th anniversary of the Nihonbashi Bridge below.

(Maybe there is an empty lottery?)

I received the fifth card at Hotel Kazusaya, and the street of Hotel Kazusaya once said, "For the first time, I learned that it was Tsurikane Street.

When I was walking in search of a ukiyo-e of Hotel Kazusaya's shutter for posting a blog, I remembered that I dropped the shutter once to take a picture.

Thank you very much.

There was also a pamphlet explaining the meaning of the characters in the forehead, and it was a fun time to look back on life and understand the meaning.

This time, Tokai Tokyo Securities provided a wonderful place for the exhibition, and a teacher from Sogetsu-ryu displayed the venue.

At the same time, Shoko wrote "Hanashi Takejo".

This is a work when Shoko was 25 years old.

It seems that he took four letters of Kanzan poetry.

It's horizontal writing, but it's written from the right.

Demonstration of Suwa-ryu hawkjutsu Hamarikyu Gardens

[Yurikamome] January 6, 2012 08:30

Hotakajutsu is a hunting method that catching wild birds and beasts by releasing a tamed hawk is called Takagari or hawkjutsu.

It began about 4,000 years ago in Central Asia and was introduced to Japan around the 4th century after China and the Korean Peninsula.

The brave outdoor sports were loved by nobles.

Emperors such as Emperor Nintoku and Emperor Ichijo, Ieyasu Tokugawa, Yakamochi Otomono ... etc.

It is a hawk who prepares hawk for you.

The Edo shogunate and the Meiji government had many falconers, but after the war in Showa, volunteers have inherited falconry techniques.

A demonstration of Suwa-ryu hawk art is held at Hamarikyu Gardens on January 2 and 3 every year.

The tall building behind the hawkward is the DENTSU Building. Hayabusa is stuck on the skin gloves. These skin gloves are necessary to protect the fist from the sharp claws of the hawk. On the back side, the crest of the Tokugawa family Aoi Mitsuba was drawn. Hayabusa has a particularly good vision in hawk.

This is a demonstration of the technique of catching pigeons released from the rooftop of the DENTSU Building and catching pigeons released from the ground.

2011_1227 Takahayabusa and DENTSU Building Photo 67.JPG

Hayabusa was released from the roof.

On the ground, a hawkward swings a pigeon with a thin string. This is called a "swing pigeon."

Hayabusa is looking around the sky. In the photo below, you can see a falcon approaching in the direction of the falcon's gaze.

2011_1227 Hayabusa at the end of the gaze of a hawkward pigeon photo 32.JPG

Hayabusa is fast, no matter what you say. Hayabusa is not allowed to fail. Taking pictures, I can never fail either. It's a one shot, so it's hard. Hayabusa, who found the pigeon, suddenly descended from above to the opposite side.

2011_1227 Hayabusa descent with falcon feeding photo 33.JPG

At the approaching point, the hawk released the string at an exquisite timing and flew the pigeon. And soon he caught the pigeon in the air and descended to the ground.  I began to scream her wings to eat right away.  At this time, the hawk approached quickly and replaced another red bird meat that had been prepared in advance with a pigeon.

This is because if you just pick up the prey caught in the corner, the flyby will not work.

Hayabusa, who stopped on a falcon's fist and ate plenty of red bird meat, seemed satisfied.

2011_1227 Hayabusa eating falcon meat Photo 55.JPG

Hayabusa, who was covered with a blindfold mask made in a perfect shape on the head of Hayabusa so that he could not see anything, tilted his head for a while and turned around to the left and right.  It was a cute gesture that seemed to make my ears so that I could hear the surroundings. 2011_1227 Hayabusa with a hawk blindfold Photo 84.JPG To be unable to see anything is to calm down without any extra stimulation.

This mask was attached to a golden crown. You know well that you take care of Hayabusa.

In addition to Hayabusa, there is northern goshawk among the falcon hunters. young bird has a vertical striped breast pattern, but adult bird over a year has a bright black and white horizontal striped pattern.

In addition, there is a fearless hawk called Harris Hawk, which is imported from abroad. In the same way, "transfer" (the technique of moving between hawkwards) and "migrating" (the technique of attracting hawk on the tree to the fists) are also prepared.
