Okinawan cuisine Naka Miyazato

[Silver] June 18, 2013 09:00

Today, I would like to introduce Naka Miyazato, a family-like Okinawan restaurant in Shintomi-cho.

I ordered a set of bitter gourd chanple and half Okinawa soba from a number of menus. The bitter gourd has roasted tofu and the spam ham with a simple taste and is very healthy. Okinawa soba contains pork corn and it was very delicious. The price is 850 yen, and the bitter gourd chample set meal without half soba is 650 yen.

St. Luke's Lunch Time Mini Lecture May, June 2013

[Silver] June 5, 2013 09:00

May 16th, "Let's be careful! Under the theme of familiar asbestos, I have studied with Yasuko Nagamatsu of St. Luke's College of Nursing and "Mesothelioma, Pneumonia and Asbestos Center". .
The following was written in the leaflet by Mr. Nagamatsu.

・・・ In the past, asbestos was called "asbestos" and was widely used as school science laboratory equipment (such as "assbestos wire mesh") and building materials, but recently it has been recognized as a substance deeply related to the development of lung cancer. It is a threat to citizens' health. Currently, the use of asbestos is strictly regulated, but it may be used in buildings before the regulation. Living in a clean environment is a citizen's right, but not only asserting rights, but also acquiring knowledge to `` fear correctly '' against imminent threats and taking the initiative in improving the environment I want to think about it. ・・・・

What I felt in this course is that it is important not to get close to the demolition site of buildings and houses. When I was forced to pass nearby, I had to wear a mask.

Reference: Currently, Article 28-2, item 1 of the Building Standards Law stipulates that "building materials should not be added with asbestos or other substances specified by a Cabinet Order as extremely harmful to hygiene."
In addition, according to Article 16-4-2 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Housing Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Law, the explanation of important matters records the results of a survey on whether or not asbestos is used among the two items specific to buildings. If so, you must explain the contents.

In addition, an article related to today's course is on the website of "Mesothelioma, Pneummonary and Asbestos Center".

It can be viewed on the page about ASBESTOS, asbestos and related diseases.
Here you are. http://www.asbestos-center.jp/

After this course, a doll animation "Ichizokushi" was screened.

The script and director was Katsuo Takahashi, and it was a very fun anime.

On June 20, "Latest Prenatal Diagnosis", and the mini-concert is a chorus by the Nihonbashi Female Chorus. I can't forget the wonderful singing voice I heard before.
