Pharmaceutical Museum of Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd.

[Mapo ★] October 14, 2012 08:30

And the third part of the town walk tour crossed Showa-dori in front of Ozu Washi.
This is the Pharmaceutical Museum located next to the head office of Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd.

I don't have any photos because the inside of the museum is prohibited.
It is an interesting system that allows you to understand medicine like a game.

I didn't have much time, so I could only see a little, but
What I tried and saw was how the medicine would work on my body.

Place the registered medal. Then choose medicine such as injections, tablets, and sitting medicine.
Choose an injection and press the button.
The color changes from the veins of the human body model in front.
You can see how the medicine goes around the body.

If you look at this, it's a matter of course.
I can clearly see that injections are more effective than tablets (laughs).

Nihonbashi Honmachi is a town of medicine.
On October 17th, a festival called the Yaku ancestor patron Festival was held.
It seems to be crowded with fortune-telling, sacred wine, soup powder entertainment, and bean sprouts.
It would be nice to visit Yaku ancestor patron and pray for sound health for a year!

Goods were sold at the reception, so the clear file you are collecting.
There are also yellow and blue, so it is clear in the shape of the stomach and it is interesting. ★200 yen per one♪
And I also received such souvenirs and pamphlets!

I would like to come here again slowly.

Japanese paper, gallery and museum ★Ozu Washi Paper

[Mapo ★] October 12, 2012 08:30

It is a continuation of the town walking tour, Edoya!
If you go straight along the road in front of Edoya, you will find a large building on the corner of Ozu Washi.

In addition to the shops, museums, galleries, cultural classes, etc.
There are various facilities. On the first floor, you can also experience handmade Japanese paper.

R0010244.JPG R0010236.JPG

The director talked about various stories such as the history of Ozu Washi.
Japanese paper is really strong!
And it seems that what I wrote with ink using good charcoal doesn't start.
It seems that the characters were not blurred even if they flowed in the tsunami of Great East Japan Earthquake.

A lot of old ancient document was preserved in the museum.
The paper is full of insect bites, but the letters are not blurred ... mysterious!

By the way, shop in the last 5 minutes!
I bought a cat letter set and postcard as a souvenir for a friend who loves cats.
And this postcard ... I was in a hurry, so I bought it without looking at the price, but it's 610 yen per sheet!

R0010262.JPG R0010238.JPG

On the touch of Japanese paper, the cat part is made of hand-dyed stickers and gold leaf on the ink ground.
It's a picture card.
It's a waste for myself, but it's good as a gift (* ^^ *)

R0010239.JPG R0010241.JPG

I knew for the first time that there was a person who was a national treasure made of paper.
Unlike paper made by machine, handmade Japanese paper is good ...
This time, I'd like to have a single person and experience paper making by all means.
There are many works in the gallery, such as dolls and flowers made of Japanese paper, and I would like to appreciate it carefully.

Then we will continue to the third medicine museum.

Founded in 1718 ★Brushes and brushes from Edoya

[Mapo ★] October 10, 2012 13:00

I went to the Chuo-ku Tourism Association's town walking tour guide.
This time, a long-established and medicine museum course!

Get off at Kodemmacho Station on the subway and go to the first Edoya.

A shop that has been around since 1718.
It seems that he was given the name of Edoya by the Shogun family.
The owner of the photo is the twelfth generation (@_@)

R0010234.JPG R0010235b.JPG

Clothes brush, toothbrush, makeup brush, etc.
In addition, they showed me a lot of brushes when making dolls.

R0010231.JPG R0010230.JPG

Those that use human hair, this is pig hair, this is horse hair ...
The squirrel hair of the teak brush was very soft (*^^*)

The hair used for brushes has never been shampooed or colored.
Moreover, it seems that it is not the hair of a woman. Women's hair is strong (laughs).

R0010225.JPG R0010227.JPG

Toothbrush is made of horse hair. It's 420 yen for each.
And the tapping for the display of personal computers
What an austrich feather ★735 yen

R0010259.JPG R0010258.JPG

It's really nice to have a lot of time and effort made by this craftsman!
However, it seems that there are really few craftsmen.
It is an era where a large amount of Chinese products are coming in.
It seems that the artisans don't grow up.
I thought this was not the case where I bought a 100-yen product.

A toothbrush is also good as a souvenir~♪

Betta City will be held on the 19.20th of this month, but
At that time, Edoya seems to be on sale.
It seems that there are a lot of great deals.

Next, go to the museum of Ozu Washi ...
