Le Bour Noiset Tokyo ★Ginza Mitsukoshi

[Mapo ★] October 28, 2013 14:00

This is also the restaurant I booked at Diners French Restaurant Week.

I did a shop I've never heard, but when I looked it up

There are shops in the 15th ward of Paris, and the second store is Ginza on the 12th floor of Mitsukoshi!

It seems that the owner chef came to Japan in August.

Freshly baked homemade olive bread and a welcome drink pear cocktail

The appetizers are Beet and Smoked Salmon Lemlad

I feel that it is unique to French people to use this color (shocking pink) for food (laughs).

It's much lighter than it looks, and the beets are delicious★

Iberico pork grier

So I ordered Rhone's red wine with a glass.

I can't find that Rhone wine is very delicious.

It's delicious to go out in the shop.

For dessert, bababa o lamb

What's nice is that you can use rum as you like.

I like alcohol, but I don't really like Western liquor for cakes.

And even small sweets ♪ Madeleine and gimov.

I'll wrap it for you to take it home.
