Bistro Marx's exquisite brioche

[Mapo ★] Nov. 27, 2016 09:00

Ginza Place opened at the intersection of Ginza 4-chome on September 24.
Among them, the head chef of a two-star restaurant in Paris.
Mr. Thierry Marx's restaurant is a hot topic.

There are fine dining and bistro on the 7th floor, so I think both are still full of reservations.
At the end of September, one week after opening, I went to buy Bistro Marx's exquisite brioche.

If you don't have bread, you should eat brioche.
It is said to be the famous line of Marie Antwernet, but it is said that
I love brioche with or without bread (laughs).

The brioche of Thierry Marx
Wheat from Hokkaido, eggs, French fermented butter, raw yeast, etc.
It is a gem that sticks to the material and manufacturing method, and it costs 1620 yen each.

If you warm it in a little oven, it will have a crispy texture.
I was a little worried about the bitterness of the burnt at the bottom, but
It was a very delicious brioche.

By the way, I'll go to Bistro Marx for lunch next month.
I will report it again, so please look forward to it.♪

Pork jerky of Bichin incense ★Ginza Suzuran Street

[Mapo ★] Nov. 24, 2016 12:00

I went to the Ginza Suzuran Street store of Matsuzaki Senmochi, which I was doing on TV the other day.
I found there was such a shop next to it.
BEE CHENG HIANG
How do you read it? It was a beautiful incense.
What is it? When I asked, "It's a barbecue pork."
The answer, there was also a tasting, and I tasted about 3 kinds.

Chili pork is quite spicy, but it's the most delicious.
It's going to go well with wine, so I'll buy one piece.♪
It looks like a pork jerky if you look at it in various ways on the net.
All the clerks are from Singapore.
There was also a sticker called No.1 in Singapore.

It's delicious if you put the meat and cheese cut into small pieces on crackers.♪
It's spicy, so it's mellow when it's with cheese.

It seems that it opened last month.★
