Stir the Bakery sandwich

[Mapo ★] January 29, 2017 12:00

A bread specialty store in Ginza, which is still lined up.
My name is St. The Bakery.
The other day, I went to a cafe for the first time.
The bread was so delicious when I bought it side by side.
This time, I tried sandwiches.

Topping egg sandwiches with lettuce toppings♪
It also comes with potato chips and pickles.
I ordered a cafe aule.
After all, the dough is sticky and moist.

The bread itself has a rich body, and eggs have a rich body in a little bit.
Lettuce's shakishaki is an accent!
The ears of the bread are also stick-shaped.
It's delicious~ (*^^*)
But sandwich 900 yen + topping lettuce 200 yen
+ A sandwich set of 900 yen for a total of 2160 yen for cafe au lait.

Look for something that can only be eaten in Ginza for 2160 yen
I bought the bread here side by side, sandwich what I like at home
I feel like eating it (laughs).

But it was a sandwich that didn't lose to eat at least once!

Lunch in a private room at Ginza Paul Bocuz

[Mapo ★] January 10, 2017 14:00

It was introduced twice in 2013.

This is the shop of Paul Boccus, a three-star chef from Lyon.

Ginza is located on the 10th floor of Marronnier Gate, and it's a brasserie so it's very affordable.

This time, we went with 10 people, but I thought it was a brasserie and there was no private room.

However, when I arrived at the shop, I was guided to a private room.

Paul Boques is in the center of the mural like the last dinner (*^^*)

And this time it was just before Christmas.

I couldn't use the discount plan for one holiday or OZ.

Still, it was a very nice course.

There are also appetizers, main, desserts and freshly baked baguettes, and after-meal drinks, 2800 yen + tax

The kunnel I chose this time was very delicious.

Kunnell is made by boiling and steaming Lyon's specialty fish surimi.

It was more delicious than what I ate in the authentic Lyon.

Maybe the river fish is used in Lyon.

This knel is said to be a sea bream, so it should be delicious (* ^^ *)

Not only dessert, but also Paul Bocuz's specialty claims brulele.

I feel like I'm always eating this (laughs).

There was no private room charge, and it was a very good lunch with 10 people.

By the way, there is a panel of Paul Boccus outside the store.

It seems that Mr. Hiramatsu is shown together.
