Delicious and healthy delifas! DELI

[Mido] September 12, 2018 18:00

A shop where you can take out rice balls and smoothies that opened in May this year in the coworking space (clip Nihon Bashi) in Nihonbashi Honmachi. The name is "delifas! DELI" and is based on the concept of delicious and healthy.

The specialty of this shop is that all staff are qualified as dietitians, and all menus are handmade by the dietitian every day. In addition, it is said that the motto is "supporting the health and beauty of the working generation" with care for safety and security, such as using organic and reduced pesticides. .

The signboard menu "Vege Onigiri" is packed with colorful and vivid vegetables, meat and fish. Because it is rich in vegetables, it seems that it absorbs carbohydrates, suppresses the rise of blood sugar levels, and has a diet effect. The single item is 280 yen and the soup set is 500 yen.

Here's a part of the menu. ■Inside the silver jacket ■Salted mackerel vege ■Teritama vege ■Ginger-grilled beef ■Bibimbap ■Vegesoimite ■A lot of pork juice ■Tomato and paprika chick bean soup ■Ginger soup of root vegetables and beetle ■Consomme soup of beans, chicken and vegetables
