"Matsuya Ginza" limited chocolate

[Mido] January 18, 2014 09:00

I guess many women are worried about Valentine's Day soon.

Therefore, this time, I would like to introduce the recommended chocolate limited to "Matsuya Ginza".

The chocolate is brand name HAU'OLI OLA (Hauori Ola).

It is characterized by the shape of an "H-type" in the shape of an initial.

By the way, you are the only one in the United States that produces cacao only in Hawaii.

Do you know that? The warm climate of Hawaii near the equator produces cacao.

It is said that it is suitable for use.

Typically, cacao producers are Africa, South America, and Asia (partially).

This region accounts for more than 80% of all cacao production.

Among them, HAU'OLI OLA is 100% rare Hawaiian cacao.

It's a chocolate made.

(It is said that Hawaiian cacao was produced for the first time in Japan.)

I actually tried it, but it was fruity and refreshing acidity.

It has a creamy taste with smooth and caramel flavor.

This year I would like to present a special chocolate to a special person.

It's recommended for those who are there.

We also sell online, making it easier to purchase.

Japan's first ice cream bar

[Mido] Nov. 29, 2013 14:00

Did you know that Japan's first "ice cream bar" was born in Chuo-ku?

Kyodo Dairy Co., Ltd. in Nihonbashikoamicho was established in 1955 (Showa 30).

Production of "Home Run Bar" has started. Even those who are not familiar with the cooperative dairy industry

You've probably heard of the brand name of "Meito".

In the past, ice cream was generally served in cups, but cooperative dairy farming began in Denmark.

I purchased a machine that manufactures ice cream bars and created a home runbar.

At that time, stick-shaped ice cream was rare, and as soon as it was sold out, it became a big hit.

That's right. There was also a commitment to using a northern tree that is hard to warp.

At the time of its release, it was also a hit that it was placed at a candy store for 10 yen per bottle so that children could buy it.

It is said that it was a factor. And if you get another "around" on the stick, you can get another one.

It was wonderful to incorporate the game nature.

Probably, many people who are watching this article also have experience of focusing on "around".

I think there is something.

There are various "Japan's first" in Chuo-ku, but it is such a familiar thing and long seller.

I'm a little happy to have a product. It's probably like this around you.

There may be "Japan's first".

old folk house Café in Kodemmacho

[Mido] October 30, 2013 14:00

"cafe red" is located very close to Kodemmacho Station, and is healed by the greenery of the garden.

It's a relaxing old folk house cafe. The store opened in August 2004, but is over 60 years old.

It seems that people actually lived in the building until 10 years ago.

The interior of the store is based on wood grain and has a Showa appearance, and has a calm atmosphere from the courtyard.

You can see the green beautifully. Less than elementary school students in consideration of spending a quiet time

Children are not allowed to enter the store.

It is also used as a coffee shop in the downtown area in the drama "Newcomer" and the movie "Kirin no Tsubasa", Hiroshi Abe,

This shop was visited by Tomokazu Miura and Meisa Kuroki for shooting.

The menu includes drinks and sweets, as well as lunch. In addition to daily changes

There are four types: "Curry Dria", "Mentaiko Dria", and "Chicken and Tofu hamburger".

1000 yen each. I ordered a hamburger, but it contains tofu.

It was soft and the chicken was very delicious with no habit. In small bowls, yuba and rapeseed

It was a combination of shimeji and this was also an elegant taste.

Female customers were conspicuous, but "Caramel Mitarashi Parfait (850 yen)"

It seems that there are many people who can come for it.

This cafe is recommended for those who are looking for a "space where you can relax quietly".

Please drop in.

Recommended for entertainment and dating "Ginza Jisaku"

[Mido] September 27, 2013 08:59

This time's recommendation is "Ginza Jisaku". At a Japanese restaurant near Tsukiji in Ginza 8-chome.

It's not a shop that says "a little bit of a cup after work" ... but entertainment and special date

It's perfect for you.

The interior of the store has a well-built Japanese-style interior with a high-class atmosphere and all rooms are available.

It is a completely private room.

The full course of cooking is at least 10,000 yen, and there is a threshold for the poor like me.

It has a high feeling, but it is a shop that you want to use only on special days.

The dishes are made with orthodox Japanese-style kaiseki, appetizers, soups, sashimi, baked goods, etc.

Mouth, meat dishes, porridge, desserts are all delicious enough to surprise.

I'm satisfied.

And our signboard menu "water-cooked porridge" is an exquisite word. "Water-cooking

A traditional taste made by a chef specializing in water cooking called "" uses only chickens, water and onions.

That's right. Each customer is assigned a customer service charge one by one.

It is finished in the field, so you can enjoy the ultimate taste without having to bother your hands.
