The “Shinshu Inspired Healthy Cooking” Academy focuses on the “food” of “Healthy Longevity Prefecture Nagano” and learns new menu proposals unique to Shinshu and directing methods that will impress customers.

The event "Shinshu Impressive Cooking Proposal Presentation" was held to sample the menu proposed by Nagano Prefecture's delicious Shinshu Food Minister.
