Shinshu Impressive Healthy Cooking Proposal Presentation

 The “Shinshu Inspired Healthy Cooking” Academy focuses on the “food” of “Healthy Longevity Prefecture Nagano” and learns new menu proposals unique to Shinshu and directing methods that will impress customers.

On February 8, at Angelo Court Tokyo (Yaesu 1), participants of this academy, Takako Yokoyama of the regional cuisine family, Masakazu Kitazawa of the artisankan, and Tadahito Yumoto, chairman of the Nagano Prefectural Culinary Association. The event "Shinshu Impressive Cooking Proposal Presentation" was held to sample the menu proposed by Nagano Prefecture's delicious Shinshu Food Minister.

A new menu designed to become a new specialty of Nagano Prefecture while using Nagano agricultural products, traditional ingredients and dishes.

2019 Tepposu Inari Shrine Setsubun Festival
