[Chuo-ku town walk] Edoya, Ozu Washi, Pharmaceutical Museum

[Maritsuki] July 25, 2012 13:30

Popular town walk series sponsored by Chuo-ku Tourism Association

I went along with the Long-established Drug Museum Coursesun

The first thing I visited was Edoya, a long-established brush and brush company.

In the era of Tokugawa Yatsushiro Shogun Yoshimune (1718 and 1718), the name of Edoya was changed from the Shogun family.

It was founded.

Skillful techniques that focus on human-friendly natural materials are shining.shine

Next, Mr. Ozu Washi, a long-established Japanese paper shop.

Two years (1653), Ozu Seizaemon Nagahiro departed from Ise Matsusaka and opened a paper dealer in Temmacho, Edo.

Visit the Ozu Historical Museum, which is attached to the store.

Of the more than 1,200 ancient document designated as Tangible Cultural Property registered in Chuo-ku, Japan

About 1,000 historical materials have been released.

Finally, the Pharmaceutical Museum, which was just opened in February this year.

This museum is designed to have fun and easy-to-understand experiences with medicine.

I couldn't shoot inside, but I did various things related to medicine.

I was able to experience it in various ways and it was very fun.clip
