[Maritsuki] August 1, 2013 14:00

We accompanied "long-established course 1" of "town walk tour" sponsored by Chuo-ku Tourism Association.

The first store was founded in 1792 and went to Kiya, a knife shop.

At first, we asked the shop about the origins.

There are also a large selection of kitchenware. I'm wondering which one to buy.

The next visit I visited was the long-established castella "Bunmeido" founded in 1900.

The finest rank castella using eggs of crow bone chicken. I tasted it. Delicious♪

Finally, we went to Yamamoto-noriten, a long-established seaweed restaurant founded in 1849.

"Plum blossoms" are dyed white in Japanese shop curtain, and they are proof of quality along with the stamp of the shop.

In a large store, we also tasted freshly baked seaweed.

I would like to visit every shop again.
