This shop is located right next to Yasuaki Elementary School.
The buckwheat flour crepe "Gallette" is a traditional dish of the Brittany region in northwestern France.
The shop has a deep depth, and the walls are decorated with rustic designs (surely Brittany) plates, creating a calm atmosphere. I entered at the same time as the opening of the store at 11:30, but it quickly became full.
First of all, cider
And the soup is Brittany fish and shell soup (foreground) and green pea soup. The soup of fish and shellfish was rich and very delicious.
The galette is tail email (October only).
Mushroom poire, scallop scallops, bacon, cheese, fresh cream. The cider goes on.
Galette Conte (limited to Ginza store, this was also limited to October).
Conte cheese, Basque-grown ham, green salad, French dressing, raisins, hazelnuts.
The crepe of buckwheat flour is thin, but it has a nice scent.
About 20 years ago, I remember that the galettes I ate in a port town in Brittany were simple only for eggs and ham, so the large amount of these "guilts" was surprising.
The store's response is very good, and I'm looking forward to the menu of the galette in November. I have to order dessert next time.
The website of the Bretz Cafe Krapery Ginza store is available.
