It was created when the Tsukiji River was reclaimed and became an expressway.

Nobutsugu Sugiyama Photo Exhibition [Canon Gallery Ginza]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] May 9, 2016 18:00

"Nobutsugu Sugiyama Photo Exhibition: portrait of tribal TRIBE @ PAPUA NEW GUINEA" is being held at Canon Gallery Ginza in Ginza 3-chome.

sugiy00.JPG

Sugiyama seems to be a photographer who is active in the fields of advertising and fashion, but this time he photographed the tribe of Papua New Guinea, which is said to be the last unexplored area.

sugiy01.JPG

The portraits of the tribe of Papua New Guinea emerge on the wall of the venue, which is darker than usual.

sugiy02.JPG

I am overwhelmed by the vivid primary colors and the realistic expressions of the tribes.

sugiy03.JPG

I was impressed by the pictures that cut out a healthy and powerful scene of their lives.

sugiy04.JPG

The period is from Thursday, April 28 to May 11 (Wed).

sugiy05.JPG

Opening hours are from 10:30 to 18:30 (15:00 on the last day of the photo exhibition).

Closed on Sundays and holidays and on holidays.

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] May 9, 2016 16:00

Near the intersection of Ginza 4-chome (pictured below), at the Nagano antenna shop "Ginza NAGANO" on Suzuran Street, "Golden Week Special Project !!", "Nagano Prefecture Local Confectionery Special" is being held as "Ginza NAGANO" I am.

nagan000.JPG

This is a special sale of Shinshu limited products from May 3 (Tuesday), and those who went to Nagano on a GW or returned home forgot to buy souvenirs for workplaces and friends. It means that they prepare recommended products.

nagan001.JPG

Even so, I was weak in the word "XX limited", and there were a lot of very attractive products lined up.

nagan002.JPG

"Shinshu Kyoho Pritz", "Pitcho Shinshu Apple", "Pitcho Shinshu Kyoho", "Puregumi Shinshu Apple", "Country Maum Shinshu Apple", "Country Maum Shinshu Kyoho", "Catchy Pritz Nozawana", etc.AppleAppleApple

(The photo below is from Ginza NAGANO's website.)

nagan004.jpg

I purchased Nagatanien's "Shinshu Limited Adult Spreading" and "Shinshu Limited Tea Making".

In addition, this special feature seems to end as soon as the product runs out.

Yakisoba [Nihonbashi Fukushimakan]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] May 8, 2016 18:00

Facing Nihonbashi Muromachi 4-chome, near JR Shin-Nihonbashi Station, Chuo-dori, there is an antenna shop "Nihonbashi Fukushimakan-MIDETTE" in Fukushima Prefecture.

yakis001.JPG

At the eating and drinking corner in the shop, you can enjoy a menu related to Fukushima Prefecture.

yakis002.JPG

It was yakisoba on the day.

Speaking of yakisoba in Fukushima Prefecture, it was the impression of local gourmet "Nami Eyakisoba", but this time it was yakisoba made of noodles from Asakawa-cho.

You can also drink local beer at the eating and drinking corner.

yakis003.JPG

At the information corner, a video of a composer from Fukushima Prefecture, Yuji Koseki, was also played, introducing music festivals and bronze statues to commemorate him.

Shinryoku Edo Sakura-dori St. neighborhood

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] May 6, 2016 18:00

The cherry blossoms are over, but the fresh greenery of Edo Sakura-dori St. is vivid.

sinryo00.JPG

It is the fresh green of a row of cherry trees.

sinryo01.JPG

The character of the stone mark is the calligraphy of the 12th generation Danjuro Ichikawa.

sinryo02.JPG

It is a fresh green on the street between Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Building and Mitsui Main Building.

During the Edo period, you may have been able to see Edo Castle and Mount Fuji from this street.

sinryo03.JPG

The fresh green of Fukutoku Shrine (Mebuki Inari) is also a wonderful contrast with the vermilion of the torii gate.
