The Japan Collie Club is located in Chuo-ku.

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 31, 2016 18:00

Just a year ago, I wanted to get useful information about Shell Tea (Shetland Seap Dog, 3, 1 year old), which became a member of my home, such as how to raise, discipline, prevention of illness, etc. Then, I knew that an organization called Japan Colli Club was in Chuo-ku, visited immediately, received explanations, and joined.

jcc001.JPG

The Japan Colli Club (J.C.C.) is located on the 8th floor of Ginza Wakaho Building, a little southwest of Harumi-dori St., opposite Kabukiza Theater. My address is Ginza 5-chome 14-8.

jcc000.jpg

The Japan Cory Club aims to improve and proliferate and spread the cory dog breeds (Rafcory, Smooth Cory, Shetland Seapdog, Border Cory) as sheep dogs and family dogs, and to promote mutual friendship among members.

jcc002.JPG

This club was founded in 1953 (Showa 28), and in 2012, it was a club with a history that held a celebration of the 60th anniversary of its founding.

The photo below shows the lineage testimony issued by j.c.c.c.

jcc016.JPG

Anyone who breeds a collie dog breed or who loves a collie dog breed even if they do not currently have a collie dog breed can join.

The photo below shows the textbook, rules and standards, and guidance D.V.D issued by j.c.c.

jcc012.JPG

If you join, you can register a puppy and participate in events organized by Colli Club Books and Branchs.

You will also receive a newsletter "Kory Fancy" issued once every two months (full of information and photos about Collie and Shell Tea)

jcc005.JPG

I have just joined, but I would like to actively participate in club-sponsored events and support the happy life (dog life) of my dog.

The information and materials introduced on this blog were provided by the Japan Colli Club Public Relations Department. Thank you very much

"50 Faces" Exhibition [REIJINSHA GALLERY]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 29, 2016 16:00

reijin013.JPG

"50 Face 50 FACES Vol.2" is currently being held at the gallery "REIJINSHA GALLERY" on the first basement floor of the Mitsuwa Building in Ginza 6-chome.

The tenant on the first floor of the building is Miwa, a jewelry specialty store.

reijin003.JPG

It is said that this will be the second time since last year.

reijin010.JPG

This exhibition is to select artists from the gallery side and request production, and this time it was requested last fall. For this reason, most of the works were produced for this exhibition.

reijin006.JPG

Although the works on display are unified under the theme of "face", the "face" drawn by 50 artists is unique and attractive, and each work looks at each work.

reijin007.JPG

Among them, the works of artists who were in charge of the painting of Naoki Matayoshi's "Fire Flower" (Bungei Shunju), a winner of the Akutagawa Prize in the first half of last year, are also exhibited, and 50 artists who are currently active I am impressed by the competence and planning ability of the gallery.

reijin13.JPG

The gallery itself is a clean, calm, and cozy space, and it's a luxurious time to sit on the central sofa and look at the work.

If you go one step along Miyuki Street in Ginza and go down the stairs of the building, please come and visit the different space that spreads quietly.

reijin008.JPG

The event period is from Tuesday, August 23 to September 4 (Sunday). The opening hours are from 12:00 to 19:00.

reijin009.JPG

The corridor is closed on Sunday and Monday, but it is said that the museum is open on the last day of September 4 (Sun).

reijin016.JPG

In addition, we received special consent for photography in the gallery. Thank you very much

Belgian beer restaurant [Cored Muromachi 2]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 27, 2016 09:00

zot01.JPG

"Beer Cafébruggszot", a Belgian beer restaurant on the second floor of COREDO Muromachi 2.

zot02.JPG

This is the official restaurant of the long-established Belgian beer brewery "Dhuharve Manne" with a history of more than 450 years in Bruge, the ancient capital of Belgium.

You can enjoy about 100 kinds of Belgian beer, such as barrel beer directly imported from bruteries, and traditional dishes such as mussel dishes.

zot005.JPG

For beer, we ordered the company's beer brand, "Bruggszot Bronde."

It is easy to drink and has a rich aroma. The alcohol content is 6.0%.

zot06.JPG

Vinche's Potato Fritz

It's a hock, and there are many sauce options.

zot07.JPG

Shoo Kurt (4 types of sausage)

It has a lot of volume and you can enjoy the different tastes of each type.

zot08.JPG

White wine steamed mussels (double)

I like steamed white wine, but I can also enjoy a variety of Belgian beer steamed, curry cream steamed, and tomato buoyer base steamed.

zot03.JPG

The sweets menu is also substantial, and I would like to come and order " Brussels-style waffle" next time at the cafe time.

zot04.JPG

The interior decoration in the store is an Art Nouveau style, giving the illusion as if you were drinking at a real beer cafe.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 23:00. The cafe is open from 14:00 to 17:00.

Belgian beer has a wide variety of flavors and aromas, but be careful about alcohol content.

Some are in the 2% range, while others are in the 12% range ().

Tour of the Mini Panama Canal in Tokyo [Soji Juro Riverside]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 26, 2016 14:00

miduha001.JPG

The current Nihonbashi Bridge was built in 1911 (Meiji 44).

miduha002.JPG

In 2011 (Heisei 23), which celebrated the 100th anniversary of the bridge, Kabuki actors Sakata Tojuro and the 12th Danjuro Ichikawa (deceased) boarded the boat. In commemoration of the boarding of the two people (Fujijuro and Danjuro), this riverbank was named "Sou Juro Riverside".

miduha003.JPG

The name of the cruise we boarded is "Summer-only Ogibashi Lock Gate Tour and Passenger Boat Tour", and the Ogibashi Lock Gate is located on the Onagi River (Koto-ku), but under Nihonbashi, I would like to introduce you that you left the Sojuro River bank on the Nihonbashi River.

miduha005.JPG

The cruise went out of Nihonbashi River to the Sumida River, went up a little through the Sumida River while watching the Tokyo Sky Tree, passed through Kiyosu Bridge, and entered the Onagi River.

miduha006.JPG

A lock is a device that allows ships to move up and down between rivers, canals, and waterways with different water levels. In fact, by changing the water level in a fixed lock room (the space that divides the front and rear), the ship will eventually be raised and lowered.

miduha007.JPG

It's the Ogibashi lock.

miduha008.JPG

On the limited day in August (today, 21st), the operating room of the Ogibashi lock gate was open to the public and the tour was held.

miduha009.JPG

The internal rivers around Koto-ku are forced to lower the water level by 1 meter compared to the low tide of Tokyo Bay, and the water level is likely to change up to 3 meters from the Sumida River.

Nevertheless, there is no torrent where water flows into any place because this lock adjusts the difference in water level.

miduha010.JPG

In fact, if you experience this mechanism on a boat, you can see the greatness.

It was a good experience

"Imabari Style" Yakitori (Toribonchi)

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 25, 2016 12:00

On the 12th floor restaurant floor of Marronnier Gate, located at the corner of Marronnier Street, facing Sotobori-dori St., Ginza 2-chome, there is "Yakitori Bonchi".

bonchi002.JPG

This is a new shop sold by Imabari City style yakitori, Ehime Prefecture, where ingredients are baked on a hot iron plate without skewering them.

bonchi003.JPG

Today, at lunch time (11:00 to 15:00), I ordered "Yakitori Pari Yakitori-don"

bonchi005.JPG

This "Imabari style" yakitori is characterized by the fact that the skin is crisp and the meat is juicy, but the meat is really soft, and when chewed, the gravy spreads in your mouth and is delicious.

At lunchtime, in addition to "Yakitori Pari Yakitori Rice Bowl", there are "Spicy Spicy Bird Curry" and "Toritama Shige (with thick grilled eggs)"

bonchi004.JPG

This time, I'd like to come from 17:00 to 23:00 during dinner time.

Monotone 2-person exhibition [MASATAKA CONTEMPORARY]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 24, 2016 18:00

sad001.JPG

At the gallery "MASATAKA CONTEMPORARY", located on the first basement floor of the Sansho Building facing Chuo-dori, Nihonbashi 3-chome, "Aika Ito + Hirano Karin Two-person Exhibition" Sex and Death "" is being held.

sad002.JPG

The titles of this exhibition are "Sex and Death", "Sex" and "Death".

sad003.JPG

All the works of the two on display are monotone.

Asuka Ito's work uses pencils, ink, and ink ink, and Karin Hirano's work uses pencils, ballpoint pens, and mechanical pencils.

sad004.JPG

Mr. Hirano's work, probably because of the use of ballpoint pens, there are some parts that look reddish and some parts that look blue-black, and I thought that this gives the work an atmosphere.

sad005.JPG

Many of Ito's works made me feel "eros", and many of them were impressive as if they were cut out a scene from a monotone movie.

sad006.JPG

I came back to work, but in a quiet gallery underground, I was able to slowly watch works expressing my own world view, and spent a fulfilling time.

sad007.JPG

The period is from Saturday, August 13 to September 10 (Sat).

Days, months and public holidays are closed.

sad008.JPG

The gallery entrance on the first floor of the Sansho Building is located on the south side of the building (map below, red ★ mark).

sad009.jpg

In addition, we received special consent for photography at the venue. Thank you very much
