A dinner with fresh seafood dishes [Uogama Nihonbashi Yokoyamacho Store]

Last year, the "Uogama Nihonbashi Yokoyamacho Store" introduced the shop on the 3rd anniversary of its opening.

Nouzenzura along the Tsukiji River Park

Near the Irifunebashi intersection, Nouzen Kazura stretches the vine on the fence on the north side of Tsukiji River Park.

The Nouzenzura is blooming.

Nouzen Kazura blooms orange flowers in the hot spring in summer.

One flower is short-lived, but during the flowering season, the flowers bloom one after another.

Nousenzura is native to China and came to Japan around the 9th century of the Heian period.

At Gyokusenen in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, there is a 400-year-old Nousen Kazura Furuki, which is said to have been brought back by Hideyoshi Toyotomi when he was dispatched to Korea.

Shotetsu Sakei Battle [Fugen Company]

An interesting photo exhibition is being held at "Communication Gallery Fugensha" in Tsukiji 1-chome, which was introduced at a cat photo exhibition last time.

It's "Shotetsu Early Keikei Battle 2018"

This is the third time this year, in which students from the photography department of Waseda University and Keio University and OBs will exhibit railway photos taken and determine the winner of Waseda-Keio based on the number of votes of visitors.

Exhibitors are students who belong to Waseda University Photography Department and Keio University Camera Club, as well as those who belong to OB group Inamon Photo Club and Mita Photo Society.

The exhibition period is from Tuesday, June 19 to July 7 (Saturday), divided into the first and second semesters. The first semester is until June 28 (Thursday), and the second semester is Friday, June 29 ).

In the first and second semesters, 30 photos will be displayed, and a total of 60 railway photos will be displayed.

At the venue, there are railway photos that blend into the beautiful nature of Japan, railway photos that make you feel nostalgic and nostalgia, railway photos that highlight the functional beauty of trains, railway photos that are full of travel, etc. There are also 30 wonderful photos on display.

Opening hours are from 12:00 to 19:00 from Tuesday to Friday and from 12:00 to 17:00 on Saturday.

Underwater photo exhibition [Noevia Ginza Gallery]

At the Noevia Ginza Gallery on the first floor of the Noevia Ginza Building facing Ginza 7-chome, Namiki-dori St., Ikuo Nakamura's photo exhibition "Friends Coloring Underwater" is currently being held.

The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Nejibana in the median strip [Showa-dori]

At this time, Nejibana is quietly blooming on the lawn of the park, but I found it blooming in the planting space on the median strip of Showa-dori on my way to work.

It's the red elliptical part in the photo below.

Just as satsuki azalea was not planted and there were no tall weeds, it was a great space for screwbana.

Nejibana is a perennial plant of the orchid family. From late spring to summer, a large number of small pink flowers are spirally attached to the top of the stem.

As to why it is twisted

There seems to be an interesting theory that if all the flowers are turned in one direction, the stems tilt, so the flowers began to be devised and twisted intentionally.

Agapanthus in Kameibashi Park, Tsukiji River

This year, Agapanthus flowers began to bloom at Pele Near Garden in Kamei Bridge Park (1-6-1 Tsukiji) on the Tsukiji River.

Pele Near Garden is a flower bed planted by perennial plant.

The Japanese name of Agapanthus is Murasakikunsiran (purple Kimikoran)

It is said that the place of origin is South Africa (), and about 10 to 20 species of ancestor grow naturally in South Africa, and more than 300 horticultural varieties are grown by crossing.

The flowering season is from late May to early August.
