Wall Gallery on Sumida River Terrace

[North Yujin] April 16, 2010 10:10

An outdoor gallery introducing Nishiki-e and graduation works of elementary and junior high school students has appeared on the Sumida River Terrace heading from Ryogokubashi to Shinohashi.

You can see it just when you get off to the Sumida River Terrace from Hamacho Park.

Please enjoy it during a walk or jogging.

Here are some of the masterpieces of graduation work.

First of all, it is a joint work of graduates of Nihonbashi Junior High School.

Neighbor's flower

[North Yujin] April 11, 2010 11:00

The cherry blossom viewing in Yoshino cherry tree is coming to an end.

From now on, it's time to see various flowers even if you take a walk in the neighborhood of Chot.

I was able to meet such a radish flower in front of a shop in Hisamatsucho.

You can see the beautiful radish feet from the flowerpot.

If you enter the Hamacho River Green Road from the Nihonbashi Fire Station Ningyocho branch office side, you can meet the fine Oshima cherry blossoms.

It is said that this name was given because it is often found on Izu-Oshima Island.

Yoshino cherry tree is one parent because it is said to be a hybrid of Oshima cherry blossoms and Edhigan cherry blossoms.

The leaves of Sakuramochi were like this Oshima cherry tree.

There is Nisshinbo Building on the corner of amazake Yokocho.

The azaleas planted are wonderful.

If you take amazake Yokocho to Ningyocho-dori, you will find a wonderful cherry tree in front of a shop called Sekiyama.

A tag written as Aoyama Sakura is tied to a tree.

The light pink Yae-zakura is now in full bloom.

I'm always looking forward to seeing you in full bloom.
