On August 16th, the imperial procession of Ninomiya portable shrine in Reitaisai festival, Tomioka Hachimangu Shrine, was held on the last day of the Bon Festival holiday.
As portable shrine approached, there was a sudden crowd of people along the road. Water was poured from here and there.
