Despite being late, it is the state of Ningyocho in the New Year. At 11:45, after the Red and White Singing Battle, the TV turns around and turns into a strict bell sound. With that signal, we left the house and went to Ningyocho late at night.
First of all, Daikanonji. I'll wait for midnight to come. On the night of New Year, Kannon-sama of secret Buddha is usually opened. I'm glad to see you early in the new year. And warm tea and sweets are served. Your heartfelt hospitality will be enriched. By the way, this Kannon-sama has only a head, but the head is a large one with a height of 1.7m. It was built as the main statue of Shin Kiyomizu-dera Temple, which Masako Hojo founded in Kamakura, but was lost once, but only the head was found, and was enshrined at this Daikanonji Temple. From midnight, homa by Mr. head priest begins quietly. I have reached a new year with homa cleansing.
Well, new year worshipping is Suitengu. It's a 5-minute walk from Daikanonji Temple. It's about 30 minutes since 2010 has come. New Year's Day. Suitengu is already very crowded. Did you line up for about 30 minutes before you visit? Suitengu is a god of safe birth. I don't have any connection, but I applauded for my health and happiness.
In Ningyocho at midnight, visitors come here and there. Silently, strictly, but gorgeously, 2010 began. We pray that 2010 will be a peaceful and happy year for you, Japan and people all over the world. gassho.

Introducing the Puppet Museum "Jusaburokan" in Ningyocho.
The name "Ningyocho" comes from the fact that many puppet craftsmen lived in this area during the Edo period. Tsujimura Jusabro is one of Japan's leading puppet artists and the last puppet craftsman in Ningyocho.
I wrote it as an art museum, but a little different ... "Tsujimura World"? If you step in one step, it's already another world. http://www.konishi.co.jp/html/jusaburo/home.html
As soon as you enter, the dolls of "Heike Monogatari" that he is currently working on will welcome you. The dolls are very human-like. The characters in the tragedy story are drunk, laughing, and blue. It's an attractive doll that you can hear a chat. There is also a doll with a shell base. After a wonderful transformation, you must not notice a shell. gallery space is on the first and second floors. Unfortunately, the dolls of "Shinhachi Inuden" were away from the exhibition, but there are many dolls such as "Jyushi". Also, at the back of the first floor is a space called "Eyeballza", where a stage concert of chanson and dolls will be held on the third Tuesday of every month. Of course, I made a reservation for next month!
If you are lucky, you may be able to see Mr. Tsujimura. The hall is also the atelier of Mr. Tsujimura. The work table is lined with narrow tools and materials. You may also see works in the middle of production.
And I was lucky! Mr. Tsujimura told us about the doll production. When Mr. Tsujimura gave a lecture on history, it was strange that the dolls could hear a voice saying "Yeah." The reason why Tsujimura's dolls have the charm of grabbing people's hearts is that Mr. Tsujimura is studying historical figures and producing them as dolls with hearts. The power of "Hachikenden", which carved unforgettable thoughts in children's hearts, was also because the doll had a "soul".
The Jusabro Hall is a short walk from Ningyocho (Hibiya Line, Asakusa Line) or Suitengumae (Hanzomon Line). Mr. Jusablo is a stylish silver earring for dressing up. Don't miss it!

Hugh Jackman
On September fourth, I went shopping at the out-of-market market in Tsukiji.
I found a crowd. It's about to begin dismantling the tuna. But there is a microphone in the middle of the crowd? ? I wonder, a tall handsome who jumped out of the crowd and jumped out of the crowd...
Yes, this is Mr. Hugh Jackman of that X Men. (Gomennasai with hard-to-see photos)
Next door is Mari Sekine. Even in Tsukiji, today's popular people were Hollywood stars rather than tuna.
Hugh Jackman says he loves sushi. Tsukiji is already around the world, isn't it? And of course, speaking of Tsukiji, Mr. Terry Ito. I came here after this photo and it was gaining popularity. Why don't you go shopping, too? You may be able to meet Hollywood Star.
By the way, the tuna is a kitchen knife (sword?) I was cutting it. Look at the three nails that jump out of your fist in the movie!

We will show you the only rare museum in Japan.
"Botton Museum" is the Toei Shinjuku LineNo Hamacho StationIt's a 5-minute walk from there. When you take the water bus going down the Sumida River from Asakusa, you can see the signboard on the right side.
Enter and enter the bright lobby overlooking the Sumida River, and first sit comfortably on the soft to watch a video about buttons. Now ready, go to gallery space! Why do you prepare your mind to see the button? What do you think? Button, button. Buttons are small works of art.
When you step into the exhibition room, it is another world. The atmosphere was lost in the 18th century aristocratic room. Valuable buttons collected from all over the world are displayed by age and motif. Sigh in the splendor of elaborate work.
The button on the right is a landscape painting. Different landscape paintings are drawn precisely one by one.
What kind of time did you see this button? Who was wearing it? When I think about it, I feel like I can hear the voice from the button.
The button museum is reserved. Please call me and go out.

Today we will show you the rare museum in Hamacho. "Bowling Historical Museum" is located on the third floor of the building just in front of Meijiza. It is a small historical museum with only one room, but for bowling lovers, there are collections of drove.
The beginning of bowling in Japan was the Edo period. In 1861, a bowling alley was established in Dejima, Nagasaki. Did you know that? From precious historical materials at that time, valuable historical materials such as magazines, books, and goods are available. The top of the photo is Japan's oldest "wood" bowl used in Dejima, and the bottom is a bowl used by Takeshi Kaneshiro in the drama "Golden Bowl". I want to touch it! (No.)
Bowling is a sport and game that can be enjoyed by the whole family. That burn when the ball defeats the pin! A sound. It's a pleasure. It feels like all the stress is blowing away, isn't it? The pin should be made of hard maple wood, a hollow inside is designed to produce a good sound. Surprisingly, there was a delicate mechanism. Even now, bowling is a popular sport, and it seems that many junior classrooms are open. I, too, youth has been revived! I'm going to bowling this weekend!
*Reservation is required at the Bowling Historical Museum. Please call me before you go. (03-3666-5301)

I took a walk around Nihonbashihamacho. When you exit "Hamacho" Exit A2 on the Toei Shinjuku Line, an oasis full of greenery. Some people sit on benches and read newspapers, and others slept beside their dogs. Paris Metro? It's as good as I think. Right in front is Meijiza, but today we turn right and go right on the narrow road in front of Hamacho Park.
Immediately on your right is Takatora, a store in Tenugui. It is a long-established store that has been running a Konya since the Edo period. My husband is a smart Edo kid like a Kabuki actor. I always work on the second floor, but if I'm lucky, I might be able to meet you. Fifty years have been making Tenugui. The word Tenugui is deep. It's full of humor, and you don't know unless you're educated! For example, the three pieces below. Just looking at it, you can see who the owner is. Please try it.
A-From the left, Nihonbashi (abacus ball → merchant town) Asakusa (fisherman's net that scooped Kannon-sama) Kiba (square wood)
While keeping tradition, it also incorporates newness. There is also a collaboration with Klimt's work. Do you know this "Yabo T-shirt" again? The petals of chrysanthemums are the letters of Yabo. "I just listen to it." When I heard the story of my husband, I found that it was a slaughter. No, a little bit, I was asked to share the best.
By the way, if you go a little further along the road, you will find Kiyomasa Koji Temple on your left. In fact, this large Hamacho Park is the site of the garden of Hosokawa of the Kumamoto clan. And the first generation (Higo) feudal lord was "Kiyomasa", Kato Kiyomasa. It seems that it was founded in Nichiren sect Honmyoji Temple in Kumamoto, and the current Dou was rebuilt in 1959.
Go straight down the alley behind the temple. Ah? Something a long thing ... apparently the "washi" was dried from the third floor. It's spectacular. I see, this is a sumo room. "Arashio Room" and a fine tree nameplate are hung. The master was originally Oyutoyoseki. Before 9 o'clock in the morning, you can see the wrestler's practice from outside.
If you go through the alley, you will get to Kiyosumi-dori. Cross the street, turn left, and turn right. This is a secret French restaurant "Lubuton". Hamacho is an image of Japanese food, but it is a food-friendly town. There are both French and Italian. This "Luboun" starts at 1800 yen for lunch.
After lunch, how about tomorrow's bread at "Tanne" nearby? It seems that Meister of German bread is baking. It may feel a little plain for Japanese people who are used to soft and sweet bread, but the more they chew, the more they taste.
There is a green path in front of you. On the other side of this green road is Ningyocho. To the right of this green road today. When you come to the statue of Benkei in "Kanjincho", go right again and return to Kiyosumi-dori.
Today's souvenirs are determined by the "port shop" at the corner.
It is a "Yumeji specialty store" full of Yumeji goods, including prints by Yumeji Takehisa, postcards and Japanese accessories. Once you step in, you will be able to immerse yourself in the world of Taisho Roman. In the first place, this shop can be said to be a reproduction of the "Minatoya Esogo store" opened by Yumeji Takehisa himself. The store where Yumeji opened was Gofukumachi. The building of the Mizuho Trust head office is now towering, but it must have been a popular spot for women in the Taisho era. Now here in Hamacho, the master who loves Yumeji will tell you about Yumeji.
I've been going around Hamacho 2-chome a little, but Hamacho is still deep! That said, the continuation is again ...
