Iwasa Sushi of Edokkoita-san

[kimitaku] June 21, 2011 09:00

Cross the seafood bridge next to Tsukiji Namiki Shrine and go straight to the right. Iwasa sushi is on the right.

The goodwill is very large, and when you pass through, the loud voice of "Welcome" echoes.

It is open from 5:00 to 2:00 in the morning and attracts many customers from all over the country.
At around 10 o'clock, many middlemen pass through the goodwill, Mr. Itta also knew, and without listening to the order, quickly set sake, beer and fresh seafood knobs.

As the middlemen tilt the glass, the joho gradually turns red and blooms in the market story. Today's fish are about Thai flounder tuna Sayori, and the fishing grounds are far from Shimoda Kiikatsuura to the story of Oki Island, so the story travels nationwide.

There is a fine flower picture on the right side of the counter. When asked, it was written by Soichiro Honda, the founder of Honda Giken. It seems that the landlady had a friendship before his birth and had it specially.
The atmosphere of the store is in harmony with the chic color of the picture.

When he praised, "This picture is wonderful," he said that the picture of the horse on the left is Picasso, a golden horse is looking here ... Many paintings, such as Kiyoshi Yamashita, are accented by the store. He told the landlady that he would be more proud of his paintings, and he did not like much pride.

Many celebrities also visit here. Former Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone, ambassador chefs from various countries, Kiyozo Mikuni and other top-class chefs, and writers, Kazuhei Tatematsu was also regular until recently.

The seafood here is also open as a broker, and it is said that they bring a selection of them from there, and the best is outstanding. Sake is brewed by Shomon Masamune and Shirataka Honke in Nada. If you have this liquor with a flounder as a pinch, it matches the taste of pale white and brings out an unforgettable feeling.

The landlady said that they would be really happy if the customers could come to this smell, eat sushi at the shop, and taste the goodness of Tsukiji in front of Edo.
