The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) announced on March 18, 2014, the published land price as of January 1, 2014.
The highest land price point is Yamano Musical Instruments Ginza Main Store in Ginza 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
It is 29.6 million yen per square meter, up 9.6% from the previous year, making it the highest in the country for the eighth consecutive year.
