Motohashi Hie-jinja Shrine is located close to Tokyo Metro Kayabacho Station and adjacent to Kabuto-cho. The precincts are large despite the city center and are unexpectedly quiet.

It has been known as the resting place of portable shrines of the Sanno Festival since the Edo period, and it is still a resting place for the festival procession at the shrine festival.

The komainu of this shrine is rare and facing up.

This is said to have been consecrated in hopes of recovery from the Great Kanto Earthquake and rising luck.
It's called "upward" and luck is going up.

Birds of the Kamejima River

[TAKK...] January 31, 2019 14:00

In the early morning of winter, grey heron and others gather near Shin-Kamejima Bridge.

I01.jpg

Shin Kameshima Bridge began in March 1882 with a wooden bridge with a length of 15 (approximately 27m) and a width of 3 (approximately 5.4m).

I02.jpg

In March 1926, the bridge was replaced as a modern steel girder bridge by the reconstruction project following the Great Kanto Earthquake (1923), and the width was nearly tripled to 15m.

New Year's visit to Tsukiji Namishi Inari Shrine

[TAKK...] January 3, 2019 18:00

From New Year's Eve to New Year's Day, the Tokyo Sky Tree featured lighting with the Hinomaru as a motif.

It is very beautiful when viewed from the top of Chuo-ohashi Bridge.

At dawn, we went to Namishi Inari Shrine to new year worshipping.

There were a lot of people, including those from overseas.

023.jpg

We also hold hands to the ceiling large lion and the tooth black lion.

In this way, the lion seems to be laughing, and it's auspicious. (Is it because of my mind?)

On the way home, go through the Kamejima River......、

The duck was also bowing. It's because of my mind.

Nihonbashi Kyobashi Festival_2018

[TAKK...] October 31, 2018 12:00

Sunday, October 28 "Nihonbashi / Kyobashi Festival" was held.
"Nihonbashi, the starting point of the five highways connecting Edo to the whole country, was also the end point from all over the country. This year marks the 46th anniversary, and now it is a festival where traditional festivals and dances from all over the country gather every year. " (From the website of the Nihonbashi Kyobashi Festival)
You can see the gorgeous "Oedo Kashiki Parade" and "Kunichi Orai City" where you can find specialty products from all over the country.
You can eat specialty products from all over the country in Japan.

A gorgeous parade continues, from the opening parade of local and public offices to the parade of countries where dances from various places dance.

Tour of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Arrows

[TAKK...] September 7, 2018 09:00

The relocation of Tsukiji Market is approaching on October 6, and it has become a hot topic.
Meanwhile, I visited the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Tokyo Stock Exchange), which can be said to be the "market" representing Chuo-ku.
The Tokyo Stock Exchange is located in Nihonbashi Kabutocho, Chuo-ku, but the nearest station is Kayabacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and Hibiya Line.

  ・

The tour facility "Tokyo Stock Exchange Arrows" does not require reservations and can be visited free of charge from 9:00 to 16:30 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays).

※Reservations are required for free tours and guided tours for groups of 10 or more.
※The final admission time is 16:00, but it seems that the final admission time may be advanced or admission may be restricted due to circumstances.
The entrance is west exit.

02.jpg

When you enter the museum, take a strict security check like an airport, and you will first visit a museum where you can learn about the history of securities.
Tokyo Stock Exchange, the predecessor of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, was established in 1878 and was reopened in 1949 after a period of turmoil after the war, and a new market was completed in 1984.
There is a corner where you can experience stock trading on the second floor.

・

As you go ahead, things that you often see on TV and newspapers appear, and the tension naturally rises.

Through a tour of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Arrows, I realized once again that Chuo-ku is supporting the Japanese economy.
Recently, adult social tours seem to be popular.
How about everyone!

Time at Ishikawajima Park

[TAKK...] August 31, 2018 12:00

I bought a lunch box at the nearby "Meat Takasago"!

・Royal Menchi Bento

30082.jpg

・Grilled pork bento

Then there was a new side dish, so I bought it.

30083.jpg

New work is a spring roll and a round spherical curry croquette. The croquette on the left side is grilled pork croquette.

The birds were also relaxing.

30084.jpg

30085.jpg

Butterflies are also coming.

30087.jpg

・The wind from the Sumida River was very refreshing.
