[TAKK...] June 30, 2013 14:00

In the vicinity of Tsukiji, there are many quaint houses that retain the pre-war remnants.

One of them is the Hamano Family Residence, which is designated as Tangible Cultural Property residents of Chuo-ku.

It is said that it was built in 1930 (1930) as a combined house of the Hamano family, which brokered marine products.

There is a family crest on the rain gutter. It's an elaborate design.

There is also a "correct" character on the roof tiles.

The detailed design is elaborate, but it has a harmonious and elegant appearance.

The interior is closed to the public, but I think you can think of the life of merchants in the early Showa era from the exterior.
