Pudding at Ginza Tateda Nomoto store and Tateda Noyaki

[Mapo ★] August 24, 2010 14:30

The main store in Ginza Tatedano is located diagonally opposite the Yamaha Building between 6-chome and 7-chome on Ginza Street.
In the store, you can eat not only sweetness such as anmitsu, but also popular Kamameshi.

I didn't have time today, so I bought a souvenir.
The package looked cute and delicious, so I bought two puddings in the scorching sun.
I put a lot of cold packs (*^^*)

The female manager was a very nice person, and I received a business card!
I've been talking about correspondent activities and blogs.
I'm sorry to hear that a group customer came.
I would like to visit you again next time.

It is a plain and delicious pudding that you can't imagine as a Japanese confectionery padding.
The most favorite type of baked pudding with a slightly bitter caramel sauce.

And this is Tateda Noyaki. The dough is sticky.
Whether it's a butter flavor or an egg flavor, it's fragrant and has a very good scent.
It's really delicious because it's just named the shop.
Koshian has a gentle taste, light ~ (* ^^ *)

Maybe it's the logo of the shop, this autumn leaves mark is cute.
Autumn leaves are scattered on the upper part of the paper bag, making it a solid and luxurious paper bag.

R0014423.JPG R0014469.JPG

I often see it in the basement of Depa, so I wonder if it's being rolled out nationwide
It doesn't seem to be in Kansai, so this seems to be a good souvenir for returning home!

Ginza Shaki Paradise by Rottery

[Mapo ★] August 20, 2010 11:00

Shake specialty store by Rottery just opened on the 9th of last month.
We have released a variety of high-quality and healthy "Gelato Shake"
!

R0014030.JPG

Vegetables and honey vegetarians are 360 yen.
Beauty and health supplements cost 380 yen.
Fruit Rich is 420 yen.

 R0014029.JPG

Actually, I was planning to have fruit-rich bananas.
I changed to pine due to too much heat (laughs) There is a frozen pine on it.
It's hard to tell the sweetness when the pine is frozen.
On a hot day, this is clearer!

It's a rich fruit of rich milk, and it's very delicious!
However, there is no place to eat, and it is a difficult point to stand and eat in that area (>_<).

It's located at the intersection of Sukiyabashi.

2010 Town Walking Tour ★Nihonbashi Long-established tour course

[Mapo ★] August 18, 2010 09:15

I led the long-established tour course (town walking tour industry course) on July 21.
It started at 10 o'clock, and 9 people participated today.

①"Ninben" of bonito flakes
First of all, I visited the bonito "Ninben".

R0014066.JPG R0014127.JPG
I sat down in a chair in a cool place under the ground and listened to him.
There were only interesting stories about how to make bonito using bonito "Kaitai-kun".

R0014069.JPG R0014073.JPG

(Dismantling-kun is sold for 3990 yen!)

In particular, bonito flakes are the hardest food in the world.
Bonito-bushi made with bonito belly meat is called female-bushi, and bonito made with back meat is called male-bushi.
It is said that there is such a reason for the use of bonito in marriage celebrations and drawers.
It was especially interesting.

R0014065.JPG R0014070.JPG

Also, it was my first time to see the whole bonito flakes so close before shaving.
I was able to eat the bonito cut on the spot, and it was a great study.

The participants were also asked a lot of questions, and it was so successful that the stay time was slightly exceeded.

R0014072.JPG R0014074.JPG

I asked the store manager who was limited to the head office and bought it.
Go with Edo reshing and bonito!
In both cases, naming is interesting.
With bonito, I bought a lot of go for homecoming souvenirs.

In the shop, there were also tastings such as eel and sea bream rice, all of which were delicious.
All participants received dashi as souvenirs (*^^ *)

②Nori Yamamoto
Next is Mr. Yamamoto-noriten. When I entered, there was a chair and a TV on my left.
There was a panel of Yoko Yamamoto from a young age.
I sat in this chair and listened to the manager's story.

R0014075.JPG R0014076.JPG

While tasting seaweed before baking and seaweed after baking, tasting and tea
Everyone was eagerly listening to the store manager's story.
The Maruume logo mark used by Nori Yamamoto is used.
Nori values the scent like plums, and high-quality seaweed during the cold when plums bloom.
It is said that it was named after it was collected.
It is also said that Yamamoto-noriten was the one who produced the Azuki seaweed.

By the way, Yoko Yamamoto seems to have been the image talent of Yamamoto-noriten for 42 years.
It is said that it has been certified as a Guinness Record as the world's longest exclusive model contract years.
The panel of the Guinness certificate was also displayed.

R0014077.JPG R0014089.JPG

I couldn't see the demonstration today because the seaweed roaster was absent, but I couldn't see it.
This demonstration finish glue is limited to Nihonbashi.
I also bought a lot of souvenirs for homecoming.

R0014078.JPG R0014079.JPG

And this collaboration with Kitty-chan.
I had previously received Kitty's canned seaweed chips from an acquaintance.
Nori chips were also very delicious, but this can be purchased at department stores all over Japan.

R0014081.JPG R0014110.JPG

The one in this pack is on a seaweed that is large enough to be wrapped around rice balls.
Mentaiko and plums are scattered, and
it seems that they are sold only at the head office at the moment.

I've never seen anyone who doesn't like seaweed, so it's a good souvenir!

The commercial of Nori Yamamoto is being broadcast on the TV in the store.
After leaving the store, "♪ Nori is Yamamotto-, Yamamotto-no-ri"
I didn't leave my head for a while (laughs).

③Eitaro Sohonbu
Next, we crossed Nihonbashi and went to Eitaro Sohonho.
Eitaro is famous for candy, but this main store is Japanese sweets and karinto.
There are a wide variety of products, and there is also a coffee room where you can enjoy
sweetness and meals.

R0014084.JPG R0014087.JPG

There's a big goodwill on the storefront.
Kyoto and Osaka sweets and goodwill are often printed on a white background.
In Edo and Nihonbashi, trademarks are common for dark blue goodwill.

There are also red cobblestones and granites, and the story of the origin of the stone.
He also talked about the origins of Umeboshi candy and Kintsuba, which are known for its round and red cans.
When I ate Umeboshi candy for the first time, I was surprised that it was not dried plums (laughs).
The woman at that time used this candy like a gross on her lips.
It seems to have been painted, so it's an interesting wisdom.

And I asked the store manager again for a limited one.
The limited items were raw and couldn't be a souvenir.
We purchased karinto, Peasen, Nihonbashi buns, etc. as souvenirs for homecoming.
Eitaro's shops are located in the basement of the country.
Most of them are classic candy, and they do not sell karinto.
Actually, I handed it to an acquaintance in Osaka as a souvenir.
"Eitaro has Karinto and Manju ~ I thought it was only candy ~"
I was surprised (*^^*)
Also, Nihonbashi Manju was a souvenir for grandma.
It was so delicious that I was bothered to call me because of that (laughs).

R0014113.JPG

I bought warabi mochi and black pepper peasen for myself.
When I ate it cold, it was very smooth and delicious.

R0014117.JPG R0014123.JPG
All the participants received a candy set as a souvenir.

R0014098.JPG R0014088.JPG

The origins of stones, candy, and kintsuba are also found on this website.

The homepage of Eitarou Sohonbu.

It was very hot this day, but it was 2 hours in no time.
There are many long-established shops in Nihonbashi, and you may be able to go around various shops in a short distance.
It seems that the long-established tour course is a popular course.
Next time there will be a tour of the same course on Wednesday, September 22nd.
Everyone, please join us~ (*^^*)
