At the mouth of the Sumida River, "Ring Route 2 Sumida River Bridge (tentative name)" was born.

[kimitaku] May 18, 2014 17:00

Recently, you can see a new bridge downstream of Kachidokibashi.

It is colored with a silver lineage, and the contrast with the blue color of the water surface is wonderful.

The Shiodome skyscraper is also beautiful in the distance.

It was recently bridged as an extension of this bridge, Loop Route 2.

It seems that the opening is still ahead, but it is wonderful with a silhouette that is very similar to Kachidokibashi that I have so far.

Construction of Loop Route 2 (MacArthur Road) is underway at a rapid pace from Ariake, Koto-ku to Shin Toyosu (wholesale market is under construction), Toyosu Ohashi, and Kachidoki, Chuo-ku.

Then cross the new bridge and connect from Tsukiji Market to Hamarikyu, and to Shimbashi, Toranomon, and Tameike.

It may be fun to take a walk while watching the changing Route 2 for the summer.

・・・ We are currently recruiting names for this bridge. ・・・

Application method is written on page 3 of "News of Ward" issued on April 21. The deadline is May 20th.

Sun's marche and Harumi Harumi Festival

[TAKK...] May 13, 2014 12:00

This year, I wanted to eat wild vegetables as tempura.
I looked for a supermarket in the neighborhood, but it wasn't easy to put it, and when I looked back, I don't remember seeing it very much.
According to various research, Kachidoki is doing a "market" called "marche of the Sun" once a month, and on the 10th and 11th of this month, a wild vegetable trader will also participate.

Blessed with the weather, the venue was crowded with many people.

The wild vegetable shop I was looking for was very kind and taught me a lot about how to eat it.
It was quite reasonable.

There are many special stalls, and we decided to buy kebab and tof burger here for lunch and eat it in Harumi Triton.

I didn't have an eat space.

But......

When we arrive at Harumi Triton, there is also a stall here.
If you look closely, thinking about something, the "Harumi Haruki Call Festival" is being held, and this is also quite busy.

Mr. Pepo was also very excited about the festival.
It was very hot, so I thought it was hard.

I've seen Mr. Pepo's hard work last year.

I had the wild vegetable tempura at home, but it was truly exquisite, such as taranome, kogomi, and Ezo Japanese knotweed.
I was surprised that wild plants are so delicious.

Near Yagenbori Fudoin

[Satoken] May 11, 2014 15:00

We enjoyed walking on the weekend while the refreshing breeze of May was blowing.

Walking around Yagenbori Fudoin, I was worried about a rare intersection.

In Chuo-ku, there are many roads with clear vertical and horizontal directions like a go board.

It is an intersection that is a six-way street. I wondered why it was such an intersection, so I took a picture.

The Tokyo Art Antique Art Festival is very fun.

[kimitaku] May 3, 2014 18:00

From Thursday, April 24 to 26 (Sat)

"Tokyo Art Antique Nihonbashi Kyobashi Art Antique Festival" was held.

DSC_0041-1.jpgDSC_0039-1.jpgHigashi-dori in Nihonbashi and Kyobashi is home to art shops and antique shops, and it is always crowded with many customers.

It is a unique art densely populated area that pours into Ginza with 150 stores.

Usually, artworks and antique shops with high thresholds could be easily entered on this day only, and it was full of many customers.

Inside the shop, you can actually appreciate the hanging scroll by Kourin Ogata, the praise of Sotatsu Tawaraya, and the wood carving of Denchu Hirakushi in front of you, and you are overwhelmed by the realism.

In addition, each owner will carefully explain each item.

I was able to enjoy a sense of realism different from the museum.

The dyeing of the photo and the maki-e jujube are from Kasugai, an antique art in front of Tokyo Square Garden.

The owner is a friendly person. I asked you to feel free to ask, and I studied a lot for a long time.

If you carry "2014 Pasuport", the conversation with the owner will be smooth. I have a very fun conversation.

The barrel on the far right is a tub of "Tarugen" in Kyoto, which is used for yudofu. The round tub is a bargain that is hard to see.
