Walk around Tsukuda Island

[Satoken] July 30, 2015 18:00

Soon we took a walk around Tsukuda Island, where the Reitaisai festival of Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine is located.

As you may know this time, I would like to introduce Tsukuda Tendai guardian of children and travelers.

The entrance is a narrow alley, where you may pass by inadvertently.

Yes, there is. It is famous for its ginkgo tree that runs through the roof.

It was well-cleaned, protected by the beliefs of the locals.

Nearby, there is also a museum decorated with mikoshi, where you can study the history of Tsukuda Island.

By the way, Reitaisai festival began on July 31, followed by a lion head shrine on August 1 and a boat imperial procession on August 2.

Will be done.

Triton Square Garden Flower Walk in the rainy season

[kimitaku] July 2, 2015 18:00

I walked around Triton Square in the morning when it rained.

20150626-2.jpgDSC_0395-2.jpgDSC_0410-1.jpg

I usually walk on something fast,

I can't see the flowers at my feet.

DSC_0404-1.jpgDSC_0405-1.jpgDSC_0399-1.jpg

But this morning, perhaps because I had a hard time yesterday.

I wanted to see the flowers of Triton Square for a little bit.

The colorful flowers that are slightly wet in the rain

    I'm looking toward the sky.

Purple, lavender? Red and white ... Petunia ... The bright red canna ...

 Looking far away

A boat enters the Asashio Canal from the Tsukishima River, heads to the Tsukuda Suimon and opens the engine fully ...

The rainy season may continue a little longer. But my heart is hale.

Why don't you walk Triton Square after a little rain when it rains?

The colorful flowers are waiting for you.
