The precincts of Tsukiji Honganji Temple are called "Smile Square" and are cooperating with NPO events.

The opening of the store, which was introduced the other day, "French wine producers support the orphans of the earthquake," and the athlete charity auction held in cooperation with former volleyball representative Naomi Mashiko, were many customers. It was a great success to see.

The proceeds from the auction will be used for decontamination of radioactivity at elementary and junior high schools in Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture.

This event is likely to be a long-lived fight, but I wanted it to take root as one of the annual events of Tsukiji, and I wanted to visit again next year.

100-year festival parade of Nihonbashi Bridge

[Many Books Osa] October 31, 2011 08:30

On the morning of October 30, I took the 6th Edo Cultural History Test and took part in the stamp rally to see the parade of the Nihonbashi Bridge Centennial Festival, which began in front of Mitsukoshi.

The opening ceremony was held on Nihonbashi, but the bridge and its surroundings were full of spectators and PRESS people. It's hard to walk.

The parade began with a classic car and a music band of the Tokyo Fire Department, and was a large parade such as warriors, floats, Tekomai, and mikoshi. It was hard to take a picture, and it depends on taking it from a person.

The lesson fee is ¥2,000 (tax included), and you will need to make a reservation at 03-3395-2640 to prepare materials for each person. The teacher is a female writer living in Kachidoki, Tsukishima.
